Throughout this villa, the rooms are bright and airy, with careful attention to detail that leaves the interiors feeling modern and welcoming. The ground floor offers a generous kitchen and dining space with patio doors opening out to the sunny terrace.

Fully-equipped, the kitchen is ideal for whipping up some family classics, or why not have a go at some Spanish treats, buying the ingredients in a local market for a Paella or your favourite Tapas dish. The living room offers the warmth of a fireplace and a comfortable sofa where you can sit back and read your book, revelling in the tranquil atmosphere.

Through the villa, two comfortable twin bedrooms share a family bathroom as well as a luxurious master suite. The master room boasts a spacious, private bathroom and access out to a large terrace from which you can fully appreciate the picturesque views.

From downstairs, if you step outside, the main terrace is shaded by beautiful vines, offering space to dine al-fresco or sip a glass of cold wine as the sun sets in the evening.

The large landscaped garden provides space for you to enjoy the sunshine, while the private pool offers space for you to cool off and fully appreciate the privacy of this desirable property. Villa Lavanda provides the perfect environment to enjoy the company of your loved ones, the breath-taking views and the tranquillity of the countryside.

Villa Lavanda offers an excellent base for exploring the beautiful island of Mallorca. The villa sits nearby to family-friendly sandy beaches, breathtaking mountain landscapes, peaceful countryside, spectacular coastlines and buzzing resorts.

The beautifully rural location of the casa offers peace and tranquillity for guests. Located near the picturesque country town of Arta in the northeast of the island, there’s a lot to see and do! Tucked in a valley, it is surrounded by the mountains of the Llevant Natural Park along with some of the island's most beautiful rural plains.

Be sure to visit on Tuesdays for its weekly market, which is famous for its local pottery and basket weaving. The historic town also has numerous sites to visit, including the Sanctuary of Sant Salvador and the legendary Caves d’Arta.

If a day at the beach is in order, there are some stunning beaches nearby. Cala Torta is very much unspoilt and only reachable by 4x4 so you will feel a million miles away on the endless white sand and crystal clear waters.

Cala Agulla is definitely worth a visit, the blue flag golden sand beach is surrounded by glorious pine forests and the mountains of Llevant Natural Park; and Cala Ratjada, a quaint fishing port with stunning coves, to explore.

The villa offers a sheltered location, with complete privacy, creating a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. With an abundance of sites of historical interest on the island, Mallorca is merely perfect for culture cravers!

With the island’s rich historical heritage, a villa holiday in Mallorca offers visitors a chance to explore the many ancient settlements and seek out all of its hidden treasures. It is a fantastic, cultural and picturesque destination.

There are also plenty of opportunities to play a round of golf while holidaying in Mallorca where you will discover some excellent championship golf courses, with no less than 23 sessions on the island, offering a variety of different challenges for the keen golfer.

For nature lovers, a holiday in Mallorca presents the perfect opportunity to view the abundance of nature that Mallorca is renowned for. Cycle trails, which take you from the beachfront to the mountainside, are an excellent way to see the island. Bicycles are available to hire locally from around €8 to €20 per day.

Just a short drive away from your villa you will find the ‘Parc Natural de S’Albufera’, a wildlife reserve housing thousands of wild plant and bird species. If you’re an animal lover, then one of our luxury villas in Mallorca provides the perfect base from which to enjoy this stunning menagerie.

THE REGION

The traditional town of Artá sits in the middle of a large valley at the foot of a small mountain in the northeast of Mallorca. The town rigorously clings to its heritage, making few concessions for tourism. The parish church, Transfiguracio del Senyor, dominates the largely pedestrianised centre and skyline of Artá.

Artá’s biggest attractions relate to the cultural heritage of the area. The most popular is undoubtedly the Sanctuary de Sant Salvador and the fortified battlements that surround it.

There are beaches within a short hike of town, and many who brave the walk say it’s just as beautiful as the beach itself. You are also within easy reach of the many attractions the northeast of the island has to offer, such as the Coves del Drac.
