This stunning luxury villa is the perfect combination of natural beauty, modern architecture and just a stone’s throw from the picturesque pebbled beach of Cala Llamp. This estate, with its vastly dimensioned rooms, is located on a plot of 2700m2, which is unique in its kind. Villa Breeze 16 boasts a south-facing sundeck and garden that offer uninterrupted and truly spectacular views out to sea.

Far removed from the life’s hustle and bustle, this is the perfect villa to choose if you are seeking seclusion, tranquillity with the constant sound of the waves but at the same time close to local amenities and the fantastic city of Palma.

Split over two floors, the property makes fantastic use of the glass to illuminate the numerous living areas. Each is uniquely furnished with welcoming sofas & armchairs to provide a wealth of comfort. There is always a cosy nook to enjoy your morning coffee, enjoy a book or a perfect spot to indulge in a glass of ‘rioja’. An ample, decked sun terrace sits to the frontal side with two further covered dining terraces to the laterals with a beautiful pergola and sun loungers adjacent to the pool. Thoughtfully designed not to impinge the views towards the sea from any seating area.

In the main house, you will find a spacious lounge with ample seating, TV, fireplace and wifi leading onto the dining room with a large table seating 10-12, perfect for indoor dining. The fully equipped kitchen has all the mod cons of a luxury kitchen and leads directly out to one of the furnished terraces. Stairs to the upper floor will take you to 3 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.

On the lower level of the villa, you will find three separate apartments, a cinema room with a ‘bodega’ (wine cellar), indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna and vapour steam bath. A special highlight is a garage with parking for up to ten vehicles and a power-wheel for parking support. All the bedrooms and living areas are air-conditioned, and all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes and views out to sea.

Externally the terraces and lawn garden offer a relaxing oasis with expansive views over the south-west coast of Mallorca. Plunge into the refreshing swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees or join the children playing on the well-kept lawn. Enjoy the barbeque, and while your dinner is cooking, you can relax over drinks on the comfortable sun loungers under the pretty garden pergola.

Alternatively, a local chef can prepare a family meal in this tranquil villa giving you the opportunity to relax even further while watching superyachts bob up and down on the sea surface.

Port Andratx (3.2 km away) – Port d’Andratx enjoys a picturesque setting located around 5km from Andratx town. Many consider it the loveliest harbour in the Mediterranean – it’s a stylish port, with a well-maintained and equipped yacht club offering more than 450 berths. This place is not only a working fishing port; it is a playground for the rich and famous who want to stay under the radar.

Although it has many restaurants to suit the yachting set, Port d’Andratx is still a working fishing port where you can sit outside one of the many cafés and
bars watching the bustle of daily maritime life. The two beaches here are very small, but there are larger beaches very nearby plus excursions, luxury spas and golf.

Cala Llamp (4.8 km away) - Tucked around the corner from Port d'Andratx, Cala Llamp Bay has one of the most stunning views in Mallorca. The Tramuntana mountains create high cliffs all around, forming a crescent bay with calm, beautifully clear water. It's probably better suited to those not so interested in sunbathing but in swimming in the lovely waters and exploring the rock pools, which many families enjoy.

Palma City (33.4 km) - Palma is Mallorca's vibrant capital, stylish and intimate, yet bursting with life. Half of the island's population dwells in this city, lively all year round with luxury hotels, trendy restaurants, cafes, shops and nightlife as well as a thriving art scene. It's often compared to Barcelona and, being within a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport; it makes for the perfect city break.

Villa Breeze 16 is a welcoming family retreat, and it has plenty of indoor and outdoor space ready for any kids to enjoy. The garden is spacious with lawn; therefore, kids can run around and enjoy games and picnics in this space, as well as making the most of the sun.

Additionally, there is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with a shallow end that is the perfect addition to this villa. If the weather isn’t optimal, then you have the added feature of a cinema room and the wi-fi being available for you to use. This can offer the kids some entertainment if needed on those bad weather days.

Sant Elm (10.6 km away) From nearby Sant Elm, you can take a family boat trip in the summer over to the uninhabited island of Sa Dragonera, named for its dragon-like shape. It’s a nature reserve, with some interesting walks, perfect for a family trip. Take your binoculars for good views of seabirds such as ospreys and gulls. You could also go scuba diving.

Palma Aquarium (44.5 km away) Uncover the many secrets hidden in the seas and oceans. Set sail on an adventure, you will never forget across the Mediterranean to the tropical seas. Explore the Jungle and enjoy the sunshine in our gardens while the children play on the pirate's ship or cool off in the water fountain. Marvel at the immensity of the Big Blue, the deepest shark tank in Europe. This is a perfect place to visit for all the family.

Palma to Soller wooden train ( Plaza De Espana 37.5 km away – Soller 54.6 km away ). Perfect for all the family, the Sóller railway also stands out for the special, attractive route it runs along, overcoming the natural barrier of the Sierra de Alfàbia mountain range which is 2.8 km wide and 496 metres high. This should definitely be on your list of favourite things to do in Mallorca. The Palma to Soller wooden train has got to be one of the prettiest and most memorable small train trips you can take, and children absolutely love it.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
