The perfect choice for an unforgettable and carefree family holiday, this luxurious 4-bedroom villa is located in Camp De Mar, south-west of the island. Despite being nestled within a peaceful oasis amongst an eye-catching garden is it a mere 26 km from the amazing city of Palma. Although completely restored, there remains much of the property’s traditional charm with wooden beams, natural stone walls and integrated arches.

Harmony combines country chic interiors with a typical Mallorcan flair. Its stylish interiors feature contemporary furniture and soft creamy fabrics creating an impression of understated elegance. The result is an atmosphere as warm as the weather in the Mediterranean. With a sand colour front enhanced by pale olive-green shutters, the property has a classic Mediterranean look.

The open-plan interior has a welcoming crisp and uncluttered feel; one cannot ignore the distinct embracing ambience of the interior. The lounge offers ample sofas space, satellite TV, floor to ceiling patio doors and a ‘Maresc’ stone surround fireplace. An archway leads to the fully equipped modern kitchen with two ovens and a dining table seating 8. Stairs lead to the first-floor spacious hallway with seating and 1 x master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, 2 x twin bedroom with ensuite bathrooms and a guest WC.

The villa has a separate annexe where you will find two other twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that have direct access out to the garden. One of these bedrooms can be opened on request offering five bedrooms in total. All bedrooms have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and are bright and airy. Outside this country style home offers various places to relax and enjoy a good bottle of ‘vino’ while taking in the incomparable mountain and sea views.

The lush and nurtured lawn invites kids to roam around freely and play amongst the olive, almond, fig and pine trees, whilst the parents relax and enjoy the fully furnished upper terrace. Relax and chill out by the private swimming pool with Roman steps for easy access. The spacious terraces with natural wood roofs offer a perfect outdoor way of life.

Camp De Mar has a small sand beach away from traffic and with easy sea access ideal for younger children. The beach has a stunning pier that takes you from the beach over the water to a little private island with a restaurant. This beach is perfect for snorkelling and is surrounded by rocks which make the contrast very tropical. Just a short drive away you can encounter the hustle and bustle of the various towns, for example, Port Andratx 3.9 km, with an array of gastronomic delights and stunning marina.

Camp De Mar (2 km away) - There is a well-serviced, beautifully clean beach area with a little wooden bridge which stretches towards a rocky islet called ‘La Illeta’. Here you can enjoy food and drink at a little cabana. The setting is what makes this location so desirable with crystal clear waters, pine trees and dramatic rock formations. The beach offers pedalos and beach fun for all the family!

Port Andratx (3.9km away) – Port d’Andratx enjoys a picturesque setting located around 5km from Andratx town. Many consider it the loveliest harbour in the Mediterranean – it’s a stylish port, with a well-maintained and equipped yacht club offering more than 450 berths. This place is not only a working fishing port; it is a playground for the rich and famous who want to stay under the radar.

Although it has many restaurants to suit the yachting set, Port d’Andratx is still a working fishing port where you can sit outside one of the many cafés and bars watching the bustle of daily maritime life. The two beaches here are very small, but there are larger beaches very nearby plus excursions, luxury spas and golf.

Cala Llamp (4.6 km away) - Tucked around the corner from Port d'Andratx, Cala Llamp Bay has one of the most stunning views in Mallorca. The Tramuntana mountains create high cliffs all around, forming a crescent bay with calm, beautifully clear water. It's probably better suited to those not so interested in sunbathing but in swimming in the lovely waters and exploring the rock pools, which many families enjoy.

Palma City (26 km) - Palma is Mallorca's vibrant capital, stylish and intimate, yet bursting with life. Half of the island's population dwells in this city, lively all year round with luxury hotels, trendy restaurants, cafes, shops and nightlife as well as a thriving art scene. It's often compared to Barcelona and, being within a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport; it makes for the perfect city break.

Villa Garden Mar is a welcoming family retreat, and it has plenty of indoor and outdoor space, on different levels, ready for kids to enjoy. The garden is spacious with lawn and terraces so kids can run around and enjoy games and picnics in this space, as well as making the most of the sun. Additionally, there is a private swimming pool with a shallow end and roman steps that is the perfect addition to this villa.

If the weather isn’t optimal, then you have the added feature of satellite TV and the wi-fi being available for you to use. This can offer the kids some entertainment if needed on those bad weather days. Close to the beach of Camp De Mar, 2 km, which is a perfect family beach with sand, rocks and pier.

Sant Elm (12.4 km away) From nearby Sant Elm, you can take a family boat trip in the summer over to the uninhabited island of Sa Dragonera, named for its dragon-like shape. It’s a nature reserve, with some interesting walks, perfect for a family trip. Take your binoculars for good views of seabirds such as ospreys and gulls. You could also go scuba diving.

Palma Aquarium (39.8 km away) - Uncover the many secrets hidden in the seas and oceans. Set sail on an adventure, you will never forget across the Mediterranean to the tropical seas. Explore the Jungle and enjoy the sunshine in our gardens while the children play on the pirate's ship or cool off in the water fountain. Marvel at the immensity of the Big Blue, the deepest shark tank in Europe. This is a perfect place to visit for all the family.

Palma to Soller wooden train (Plaza De Espana 30.3 km away – Soller 49.9 km away) - Perfect for all the family, the Sóller railway also stands out for the special, attractive route it runs along, overcoming the natural barrier of the Sierra de Alfàbia mountain range which is 2.8 km wide and 496 metres high. This should definitely be on your list of favourite things to do in Mallorca. The Palma to Soller wooden train has got to be one of the prettiest and most memorable small train trips you can take, and children absolutely love it.

Jungle Parc (14 km away) in Santa Ponca - Situated in a forest of 9 hectares in Santa Ponsa, come and enjoy different circuits with a total of 100 platforms. You will be required to move from tree to tree, at varying heights from the ground, using bridges, ropes, vines and lots of zip wires! Our PIRATES circuit is for children of 4 years and above. And there are two circuits for adults, EXPLORER and EXTREME. The EXTREME circuit is recommended for the more experienced or adventurous! End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
