Villa Alcanada Mar is a superb recent addition to our portfolio which immediately impresses, offering stylish contemporary accommodation with a high quality finish. 

Families in particular will appreciate the fully enclosed grounds which offer good privacy, a shaded terrace for the hottest times of the day, an indoor and outdoor pool, large jacuzzi and gym.  The property is spacious and distributed over 3 floors with unobtrusive views over the bay of Alcanada and Alcudia.

The villa has been thoughtfully designed and has extra seating/loungers with exterior chill out beds offering groups and families the possibility to spread out in sunny and shady spots according to preference.

A large built-in brick barbecue will please the amateur grill chefs in your party, and the resulting spread can be enjoyed in the fully glazed dining room, whose sliding doors can be opened out fully for the alfresco experience.

Everything centres around the beautiful private pool, spacious sun terrace which is an enticing spot at any time of the day. Located in a peaceful, elevated residential part of Alcanada, this is the perfect summer retreat for an unforgettable stay on the island. Inside the house, a tasteful décor and comfortable furnishings are evident throughout, from the elegant living/dining room leading to the modern styled contemporary fully equipped kitchen.

With 5 well-appointed bedrooms, 2 with double beds with en-suite bathrooms and 3 twin bedroom. The further 3 bathrooms are conveniently disturbed throughout the property.  The gym, indoor pool and large jacuzzi are located on the lower floor and have interior and exterior access.

Whilst there is so much ‘on the doorstep’ to enjoy, do take time to explore the surrounding area where you will discover a vast choice of things to do and see. Full of shops and with a plethora of restaurants, the walled old town of Alcúdia (2.5km) will undoubtedly be on your list, followed by Roman Pollença (13.9km). Families may wish to venture to the mini-golf at Hidropark (4.6km). The 18-hole Alcanada golf course and restaurant is just 2.0 km towards the end of Aucanada.

Situated alongside the town of Alcudia whose main draw is the stunningly located Alcudia beach, the town doesn’t attract many tourists, leaving the beach free for residents and a few day tripping tourists.

A paved walkway providing easy access leads from the town out to the farthest point of the beach, level with the lighthouse and is popular with joggers, dog walkers and cyclists. At the end of the walkway the beach curves back in land and becomes rather more rocky, rugged and exciting to explore.

The main draw to the area is the award winning Club de Golf Alcanada which is home to a renowned golf academy as well as club house and restaurant offering Spanish and International cuisine set in the club’s beautiful grounds with view out over the course and coastline.

THE REGION

The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.

The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

Security deposit €1000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit
Changeover day Flexible. Saturday during peak periods
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request

    Each member of our group had the most wonderful time, made all the better by how perfect our villa/accommodation was. There’s very little, if anything we could fault with the property itself. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his family as we left, who was just as lovely as the property itself. Would definitely recommend!
