Throughout the home, sunlight and a cool sea breeze nearby can waft in and outdoors an expansive space is landscaped to ensure you can truly enjoy moments in the island's delightful climate, surrounded by sheer natural beauty.

The charm of the living area guarantees calm evenings as you kick back with your fellow travellers. Snuggle up on sofas and seats as you watch satellite TV and gather together to dine on tables in both the living area and kitchen. You can whip up anything you desire throughout your getaway as it is fully-equipped, so make sure you stock up on groceries!

Bedrooms are as bright as the rest of the house and are suitably arranged to accommodate different groups of travellers. Set across the single-storey villa, you can choose from two bedrooms with two single beds, as well as a comfortable double bedroom, each tastefully designed and sharing use of clean-lined bathrooms.

Stepping outdoors, guests will find fun and relaxation in abundance. Settle on cushioned sofas under the shade of a roofed patio as you sip delicious cocktails through the day. The villa offers two dining tables, for you to enjoy views of mighty mountains or by the comfort of the pool as you tuck into grilled feasts, alfresco-style. The pool is the perfect place to escape the heat and enjoy the revitalisation of the water, but if you wish to exploit the sun-rays, there's plenty of sun-loungers to choose from!

Mallorca is one of Spain's Islands on the Balearic Sea, off Spain's eastern shores. Away from the nightlife that the island is famed for, Villa Albufera sits on the northern region of Mallorca and offers privacy and countryside peace upon your stay in the flat. Nearby, however, there is a world of experiences awaiting you and fellow travellers both within walking distance and a short drive away!

The villa sits on the doorstep of arguably the finest beach across the sea at Playa de Muro. Spectacularly blue seas await you, flanked by a stretch of fine white sand. Truly picturesque, guests can enjoy cocktails and snacks from nearby cafes whilst reclining on rented sun-loungers and parasols. The beach stretches for miles, joining other beaches, so guests can find idyllic isolation or facilities and amenities at the busier parts.

Along the coast and throughout the region, you are served with an array of cuisines to gorge on! Choose from upscale and stylish restaurants by the sea, serving speciality seafood dishes for you to dine on watching the sunset. Whilst in Spain try vino from a country that is a power-house in wine production and grab yourself some tapas to have an indulgent and immersive traditional feast!

And of course, there is beauty in both the terrain and in the history scattered around the northern tip of the isles. Visit the old town of Pollensa, steeped in antiquity and transporting visitors back to Roman times. THE REGION

The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.

The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

Three bedrooms offer a family orientated layout with your choice of two bedrooms, each housing twin single beds and a double bedroom. The villa also hosts facilities to support your stay including two clean-lined bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for times when you can't or don't want to leave the villa but still want something to eat.


Just a few minutes stroll from the villa sees you at the family-friendly white sand beach of Playa de Muro. Here, the shores are lapped gently by bright blue waters which stay shallow for metres out, making it ideal for all ages. The beach supports all the facilities to ensure you don't need to move around too much, such as toilets, changing rooms, cafes and bars on the seaside and lifeguards to provide an extra layer of security. Take a tranquil row on the sea in a kayak or pedal-boat or try something more extreme with jet-skiing, wakeboarding and a whole lot more.

Along the beach and around the region, visit supermarkets and stock up on goods to consume throughout your getaway. Introduce children to Spanish delicacies such as paella, croquettes, and so much more and for those who crave familiar flavours, a range of fast-food restaurants and international diners sit across the coastal area.

Turn up the fun in Hidropark Alcudia! Twist, turn, soar, jump and drop into the various pools as you enjoy exhilarating slides and rides. The park also features a wave machine, baby pool, sun-loungers and seating, a cafe and restaurant within the grounds!

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
