Villa Soleado is a lovely villa located a short stroll from the safe sandy beaches of Playa Blanca and its much-admired waterfront promenade, fringed with a wonderful and eclectic selection of bars, restaurants and cafes. The convenience of this location, choice of facilities on offer and quality of finish to both the interior and exterior makes Villa Soleado one of the most impressive properties we feature in this picturesque resort.
Spacious, thoughtfully designed, comfortably furnished and decorated, Villa Soleado sits in a good kept private grounds that are home to a lovely private pool and an excellent al fresco dining area. There is also a hot tub located on the terrace, a perfect spot for a relaxing sundowner after a hard day sunbathing! However, with the beach and resort facilities a mere 15-minute saunter away, we envisage that many an evening will be spent strolling along the pretty promenade and partaking in a spot of people watching.
Playa Blanca is the perfect choice for families with young children, as it has a lovely water park, and there are many sandy beaches ideally suited for young children, as well as a large number of year-round indoor activities.
Villa Soleado can sleep twelve, by utilising an extra bed suitable only for children under the age of twelve.
What you should know…
- While the accommodation is set over one level, there are steps which make it unsuitable for those using a wheelchair

About the surrounding area of Villa SoleadoPlaya Blanca is a very popular resort located a short 30-minute drive from Lanzarote airport in the islands capital, Arrecife. The resort of Playa Blanca boasts many gorgeous sandy beaches, with the beaches of Papagayo being particularly popular due to the fine golden sand.
There are also numerous restaurants, café bars and shops in Playa Blanca, and a wonderful waterfront promenade that stretches for many kilometres, a great place for a gentle stroll or to burn off some calories during a morning jog!
Another highlight of staying in Playa Blanca is that there are regular ferries going over to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura, a journey that takes less than 45 minutes and offers you the opportunity to visit the harbour town of Corralejo with it’s very famous sand dunes/desert!

THE REGION
The peaceful quiet atmosphere of Playa Blanca, in the south of the island, makes this area the perfect place to unwind. Sunbathing or enjoying a quiet walk along the promenade whilst watching the sunset are great ways to recharge your batteries. This town, located close to Timanfaya National Park and the Papagayo beaches, has a marina where a ferry can be taken to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.
Playa Blanca boasts a diversity of beaches catering for all tastes, which can be enjoyed all year round. Nearby, there are hotels of varying categories and restaurants in which to recover your strength. In the evening, breathe in the fresh sea air while browsing in the boutiques or enjoy a pick-me-up coffee to round off a perfect day at the beach.

Great stay.
Very clean and spacious. Pool is smart. Excellent water pressure for decent showers. Cheap taxi rides to bars and restaurants. Walk up the volcano for a nice view! Also went to the abandoned hotel, lighthouse and fishing trip at next town along. Area is nice away from all the noise. Speaker on full blast and sat by pool all day.

Lovely!
Villa was lovely & spacious, inside & out. Plenty of room for our party of five couples enjoying a holiday for a “special” birthday. Pool & outside seating area was lovely, we made good use of the Hot Tub and enjoyed a lovely BBQ. The on site contact (Amanda) was very helpful as was the maintenance man when we misplaced a key (sorry). Bedrooms & Bathrooms were nice, one minor point would be that the third bathroom (not en suite or jacuzzi bath) was lacking a towel rail but other than that, great place, excellent value and would highly recommend. We had a great holiday.
