Situated in a quiet location near the beaches of Sant Josep and only 3 km from Cala D’Hort lies this charming villa. Villa Gitana is access via a private road just off of the main road and thus benefits from a peaceful surrounding.
Villa Gitana is a well restored rustic house which still has many of its original features including beamed ceilings, a traditional fireplace and lovely wooden shutters which helps to keep the villa cooler in the summer. Furthermore, this villa benefits from glorious countryside views and down towards to the coast.
Villa Gitana can accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) making it ideal for a family or group of friends. Situated all on one level, this villa has a fully-equipped kitchen, open-plan living/dining area and a second lounge, helping to create extra space.
Patio doors lead out onto the patio terrace where guests will enjoy outdoor living. There is a glorious covered dining terrace and barbecue area, ideal for cooking up a feast and dining al fresco at any time of the day. The private swimming pool is simply divine, everyone will enjoy cooling off in the pool or relaxing on one of the loungers, all whilst admiring the gorgeous views.
Overall, this villa is the obvious choice for a quieter villa holiday to Ibiza. Its prime location means guests can enjoy both the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside whilst being only a short drive to the nearby towns and of course Ibiza Town is only 18 km!

- The road leading up to the villa is slightly rocky and rough, therefore car hire is strongly advised

About the surrounding area of Villa GitanaThis is one of the most magical enclaves on the island of Ibiza since from Cala d'Hort, San Jose, you will be able to enjoy the show offered by the impressive silhouettes of the islets of it's Vedrà and it's Vedranell. On the first, a spectacular 385-meter-high rock, thousands of legends and myths have circulated for years that, despite not having been proven, attract hundreds of onlookers every summer who claim to recharge their energy every time they approach the islet.
Considered an area of high environmental value, was declared Natural Park in the 90s to protect it from massive construction.
Cala d'Hort looks like something out of a postcard. Have fine white sand at one end and a more rocky area in the other. Their waters are clear and shallow. Therefore you can go quietly with the little ones of the house. Some of the best restaurants on the island. Restaurant El Carmen have incredible views of the beach, so while you taste some of the most typical dishes of Ibizan cuisine, you can keep them well guarded. Es Boldado Is another of the mythical restaurants of Ibiza, as well as Cala d'Hort restaurant. In all of them, rice and fresh fish are essential.
To be surrounded by cliffs, is a perfect place to plant the diving glasses and fins and go skirting them. Thus, you will witness the wealth that it possesses this area and that so many tourists and residents attract.

THE REGION
Cala d'Hort is a small, beloved beach with a fantastic view of the mysterious island of Es Vedrà, which rises dramatically from the sea only several hundred metres from the shore. The beach itself is sandy to one side, pebbly to the other, and in summer is extremely popular.
There are three excellent beach restaurants in the area, renowned for fresh fish dishes, including the traditional seafood paella. The restaurant Es Boldado is situated high on the cliffs above the bay. It is accessed from the road to the beach from San José (signposted), or, if you're brave, you can scramble over the rocks and fishermen's huts to the wooden staircase that takes you up to this popular restaurant.

Best Suited For: All AgesThe villa is a lovely place for kids to hang out - teenagers and older children will love having their own space, while children of all ages will love swimming in the pool. The outdoors area all good to run around and play, will ensure many fun evenings!
