Sunflower Ibiza is a unique home in Ibiza, offering the perfect combination of elegance and sophistication. Its modern architecture sets it apart from other villas in the area and is fully staffed just adds to the perfect holiday experience. It is superbly furnished and appointed open-plan interiors to seem to lead inevitably to the large furnished terraces. Nowhere else will you find a home of the quality, size, facilities and levels of service that this phenomenal home offers. To be in the heart of the island with quick and simple access to both Santa Gertrudis and Ibiza Town is a huge selling point.
The villa is a luxurious 700m2, six-bedroom, south-facing majestic property, sitting on a plot of over 100,000m2. The vast land has been beautifully curated into functioning farmland with over 100 pomegranate trees and organic vegetable gardens, whilst elsewhere you will find various chill-out spots, secluded alfresco dining areas, water features and yoga decks. All the while surrounded by the stunning Ibiza countryside views all around you.
The house itself, subject to a recent renovation is impeccable throughout. Beautiful century-old dry stone walls combine perfectly with stylish, high-end interiors. The kitchen is the heart of the villa, designed to entertain and cater for large groups or families. Windows slide away to beautiful farm views on one side and the indoor and outdoor dining patio on the other. There are six exquisite en-suite bedrooms, including the large master on the first floor with a private terrace.
The house is fully staffed with the excellent team available around the clock to prepare your meals, serve you drinks and run any errands for you. Other features include an astro-turf tennis court with pavilion, sauna, massage room and gym.

Location
About the surrounding area of Sunflower IbizaSanta Gertrudis de Fruitera, only 18 km from the main airport therefore only a short time from the airport to villa. We are sure you’ll like it’s boho-chic shops, its wide range of restaurants full of charm and its atmosphere, one of the most pleasant and cosmopolitan of all Ibiza. Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera has grown in the last few years, but it’s still a small village with just a few streets distributed around the church with the same name, a simple temple built at the end of the XIX century. Despite its small size, Santa Gertrudis is very lively, especially in the late afternoon, when the heat starts to remit, and the terraces become full of travellers and residents from all parts of the island. This also happens out of season, and it is definitely a place that you will enjoy.
You don’t have to walk a lot to enjoy a shopping afternoon since most of Santa Gertrudis’ shops are on the traffic-free main street or around the church square. All shops are worth a visit as you are sure to discover unique items of clothing and artefacts.
If there is a full moon during your visit to Ibiza, pop into Santa Gertrudis and enjoy the so-called Full Moon of Art, a cultural event that offers live acts and a night market where numerous Ibiza artists and creators exhibit their work. It takes place in the church square, and it goes from 07:00 PM till midnight, check out the dates on the Ibiza tourism website.

THE REGION
At the geographical heart of the island, the village of Santa Gertrudis is Ibiza as a microcosm. Steeped in tradition, the main square is overlooked by the whitewashed fortress church with its distinctive yellow tower and surrounded by a cluster of bars, restaurants and shops. Meanwhile, the rich agricultural landscape surrounding the village is home to fruit orchards, sheep, goats and the island's only dairy cows.
The town itself is an attraction. Nearby is the gorgeous Benirrás beach with its beach club Elements Ibiza and hippie bongo drummers playing as the sun goes down on Sundays. Shopping is hard to resist with many lovely boutiques and the auction house Casi Todo to pick up some antiques. There are several annual festivals in Santa Gertrudis, including the Domingo del Arte art festival and the blessing of the animals in the church.
