Villa Arganassa is a spacious coastal villa with five bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests, located just outside Santa Eulalia on the east coast of Ibiza. This villa offers modern comforts in a beautiful setting - a true taste of Ibiza.
With Mediterranean architecture and touches of Moroccan influence, Villa Arganassa provides a private retreat with chic style. The villa features a large swimming pool, barbecue area, fish pond, and multiple chill-out spots for relaxation. Additionally, there's a Bali House for escaping the sun or enjoying drinks.
Enjoy stunning sea views from the terraces and balconies, with direct access to the coastal path. While secluded, it's only a short walk to the lively scene of Santa Eulalia.
Inside, the living spaces are bright, airy, and stylish, featuring whitewashed walls, patterned tiles, and comfortable furnishings. The open living area is perfect for lounging, while the dining space offers sea views and is ideal for elegant dinners. The well-equipped kitchen allows for gourmet meals.

THE REGION
Santa Eulalia, Ibiza's third largest resort, is only 21 km from the airport and is a beloved destination for families and those seeking a quieter holiday. There is a beautiful, palm-lined promenade running the length of the broad and sandy beach, and the choice of hotels and apartments in and around the town itself is excellent.
Stroll along the famous promenade, where interestingly much of the beach is man-made, for some people watching and bar-hopping, then cruise down to the flashy marina to check out the luxury yachts moored in the port. Visit the mini-markets in the main square or head further around the coast to the hippy markets at Es Canar. Golf enthusiasts will be happy to know Ibiza's one and only golf course is in the region too.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Argamassa is a spacious and fun villa for families, with plenty of room both indoors and outdoors. The highlight is the fantastic pool, sure to keep the kids entertained for hours and the gardens offer more space for them to play - there's even a separate games area for family fun! Parents should note, however, that the pool and fish pond within the grounds are both unfenced, so little ones should be well-supervised when playing outside.
Santa Eulalia boasts beaches perfect for kids. Mariners Beach offers calm waters and various water sports, less crowded than other beaches, ideal for a family day out. Full-service beach clubs provide relaxation with lounge chair rentals and children's play areas. For adventurous spirits, kayaking along the coast is a thrilling option. Club Nautico Santa Eulalia offers guided tours with single kayaks and equipment.
A ferry trip from Santa Eulalia stops at charming towns like Ibiza town and Cala Llonga, which features a kid-friendly beach with a playground and mini amusement park. Aguamar Water Park in Platja D’en Bossa is a hit with families, offering slides and pools for all ages.
