Villa Arganassa is a spacious coastal five-bedroom villa sleeping up to 10 guests on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia on the fabulous east coast of Ibiza. This villa is a lovely coastal hideaway enjoying all the comforts of modern living amongst stunning surroundings - a real taste of Ibiza.

Enjoying beautiful Mediterranean architecture with Moroccan influences, you will be living the Ibiza dream at this lovely, very private property. With chic style in bucket loads, the villa offers numerous special treats, including an enormous swimming pool with a diving board, barbecue, fish pond and several chill-out areas enabling guests to totally relax. There is also a Bali House to escape the midday sun or have an evening drink from the built-in fridge.

Villa Arganassa boasts stunning sea views from its terraces and balconies, and you have direct access to the coastal path with steps leading down to the sea. Though many would understand you never want to leave this tranquil and secluded oasis, it is only a15 minute stroll into Santa Eulalia, which has a gorgeous ambience and a lively dining and shopping scene.

 Villa Arganassa’s living and relaxation spaces are light, airy, cool and stylish. Whitewashed walls, authentic patterned tiles, attractive arches and domed ceilings combine with rich pops of colour, interesting artwork and sumptuous soft furnishings.

The spacious open living space with floor to ceiling windows and doors has plenty of large squashy sofas, perfect for lounging with a good book or having some TV time. There is an impressive dining space that opens directly onto the terrace and has fantastic sea views. This is the spot to dress up and enjoy memorable stylish dinner parties. There is a white well-equipped kitchen that enjoys all the mod cons, including an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle- ample equipment to rustle up a gourmet delight.

The property boasts five delightful airy bedrooms. Three bedrooms have the luxury of sized king beds, one bedroom is a double, and the final bedroom has two single beds. Each bedroom is fully air-conditioned and has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower making this property very flexible and suitable for all types of groups.

Outside is your own private paradise with spectacular views of the sea. The gardens are lovely with palm trees, fruit trees and colourful flowers. The large lawn is perfect for fun and games for kids old and young, and the space has an exclusive ambience with its uninterrupted sea views. There is a wonderful pool terrace which boasts a stunning swimming pool (16m x 5m) surrounded by plenty of loungers and shady parasols and a bridge leading to your own Bali house. This is the place to forget about your troubles, turn on some tunes and experience Ibiza magic!

The large Argentinian style barbeque will delight budding chefs. Fabulous alfresco feasts can be enjoyed at the covered terrace that leads to a relaxing lounging area, perfect for after-dinner drinks on balmy evenings. There are further furnished terraces upstairs, prime spots to watch gorgeous sunsets.

The property enjoys free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout and has laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer. Kids can have fun in the games area, which includes table tennis and table football.
