The living area on the ground floor features a sumptuous corner sofa, with plump cushions providing pops of exotic colour, contemporary-style furniture, stylish rugs and gloriously exciting artwork. There’s a Smart TV for your entertainment, and the whole room lends itself perfectly to relaxing and cosy evenings with friends and family.

The villa’s stunning kitchen is bursting with high-end Miele and Smeg appliances and is a joy to cook in, featuring everything you could need to cater to you and your guests during your stay. There’s ample indoor dining space for the entire party, and the entire space perfectly pairs the rustic beauty of wooden ceiling beams and a luxury farmhouse aesthetic with top-quality amenities. Also on the ground floor is a handy laundry room with a Miele washer and dryer - ideal for those who want to pack a little lighter and save some room in their suitcases for souvenirs.

The first of Finca Barri’s four bedrooms can be found on the ground floor; a stunning double and a modern bathroom with shower facilities. The other bedrooms are on the first floor and consist of two double rooms and a twin bedroom. The larger of the two doubles on this floor offers guests access to a private terrace and balcony and also features ensuite facilities - with the other two rooms sharing a bathroom with a bathtub. All the bedrooms at Finca Barri are just as beautifully designed as the rest of the villa, with gorgeous natural materials in the furnishings and decor, fitted wardrobes, and comfortable beds that promise a relaxing and restful night’s sleep. The first floor also features a second lounge area, complete with a sumptuous sofa and exquisite furnishings for the ultimate chillout space.

The grounds of Finca Barri are breathtaking, surrounded by fig, olive, carob and fruit trees, acres of Mediterranean gardens and vegetation, and offering unspoiled views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. Santa Eulalia is Ibiza’s third-largest resort and is a popular destination for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday on this notorious party island. This pretty town has a long-established reputation as Ibiza’s gastronomic and cultural centre, and its palm-lined promenade and sandy beaches attract visitors from far and wide. Here you will find beautiful art galleries, an exclusive yachting marina and plenty of shopping opportunities, all enjoyed by those who like to take life at a slow and relaxing pace.

The promenade spans the length of the wide (smoke-free!) beach and is adorned with miniature gardens and a large fountain. From the bay, you can take a river walk along the only river in the Balearics to run into the sea, meandering up to a beautiful 18th-century stone bridge and along a pretty paved walkway to the beach of Calo de S’Alga. Santa Eulalia has a warm and vibrant atmosphere, with cafes and restaurants ranging from ‘cheap and cheerful’ to exclusive fine-dining establishments. Much of the main street is closed to traffic in the early evening, giving way to a picture-perfect Mediterranean scene with outdoor dining, lights, music and musicians.

The town centre is also home to a selection of fashion boutiques - with prices much lower than in Ibiza Town - as well as some of the island’s famous hippie markets, where vendors come to sell their colourful arts and crafts, including paintings, sculptures and decorative items. The nightlife here is much quieter and laid back than in resorts such as San Antonio or Playa d’en Bossa. Visitors opt to enjoy a nice meal before strolling along the promenade or perhaps popping into one of the town’s bars - some of which offer live music and are open until late.

Santa Eulalia, Ibiza's third largest resort, is only 21 km from the airport and is a beloved destination for families and those seeking a quieter holiday. There is a beautiful, palm-lined promenade running the length of the broad and sandy beach, and the choice of hotels and apartments in and around the town itself is excellent.

Stroll along the famous promenade, where interestingly much of the beach is man-made, for some people watching and bar-hopping, then cruise down to the flashy marina to check out the luxury yachts moored in the port. Visit the mini-markets in the main square or head further around the coast to the hippy markets at Es Canar. Golf enthusiasts will be happy to know Ibiza's one and only golf course is in the region too.

Santa Eulalia is ideal for visiting Ibiza with the children, thanks to its quiet, family-friendly vibe and beautiful beaches with calm, safe waters. You can complete many simple walking and cycling routes in the area, suitable for all ages. In addition, everyone will enjoy wholesome and fun activities, including visiting one of the region’s organic farms where the kids can enjoy tractor and trailer rides, taking a boat trip, horse-riding and go-karting.

The little ones can enjoy elf-spotting in the town, as these little bronze creatures, a symbol of Santa Eulalia, can be found hiding all over…including bathing in the fountains, hiding in corners, or even relaxing on the benches in the town centre - can you spot them all!

The main beach of Santa Eulalia is the ideal place for a family day out, with fine, white sand, clear, shallow waters and great amenities. This gorgeous stretch of sand is the first non-smoking beach in the Balearics; loungers and parasols, showers and toilets, lifeguards, restaurants, bars and shops - even free WiFi! There’s good disabled access both onto the beach and into the water with the help of a lifeguard and an amphibious wheelchair and walker-rollator.

The beach is also home to both a diving school and a windsurfing school, so you’re sure to find something fun for the whole family to do. Snorkelling and jet-skiing are also popular pastimes here, and there are lots of boat trips available from the nearby marina for the best way to explore more of the beautiful coastline as a family. Choose to head down to Santa Eulalia Bay, south of the main beach, and you’ll have the opportunity to indulge in other exciting activities, including hiring pedalos or kayaks, as well as having a go at SUP (stand-up paddle). This stretch of sand is also incredibly family-friendly, with the same amenities as the main beach, soft, light-coloured sands and shallow, calm waters. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes along the promenade where you and the kids can grab some refreshments and be home to the highest concentration of ice cream parlours on the island!
