Villa Heura

If you are looking for a magical villa, away from it all, with sprawling grounds, blissful views and a fantastic range of entertainment spaces and activities, then Villa Heura is a fantastic option. With six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two swimming pools, a yurt that can be used for yoga or as a playroom for children, a tennis court, an outdoor yoga deck and fabulous indoor and outdoor living spaces, the magnificent Villa Heura has much to offer. This wonderful, well-appointed villa is located in the very heart of Ibiza, just 5 minutes from the popular village of San Rafael. It is only 15 minutes to the vibrant Ibiza Town, much the same to the buzzy San Antonio and within easy reach of the island’s gorgeous and extensive beaches.

San Rafael is quaint and peaceful with a lovely old whitewashed church and excellent panoramic views towards Ibiza Town and the sea. It is famous for its pottery, some of the pieces using methods and styles dating back to the Carthaginian occupation. There are some outstanding restaurants. Close by are two of the island’s super-clubs, Privilege and Amnesia.

Villa Heura has been lovingly restored, retaining the charm and ambience of its traditional features and gorgeous windows. The spacious living room on two levels boasts huge, comfy sofas around a lovely, atmospheric winter fireplace and three sets of doors to the outside terraces. The large TV is linked to a Movistar satellite package plus there is a Sonos sound system throughout the villa. The bright, traditionally styled kitchen and dining room also lead to a terrace. Cream and white hues brighten the spaces and are cool and calming.

Two of the bedrooms are upstairs, including the serene and glamorous master bedroom. It boasts a double bed, ensuite shower room, a large TV, a private terrace and like most of the bedrooms, it has underfloor heating. The other bedroom upstairs has a double bed, ensuite shower room and a terrace. The remaining four bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. One has a double bed and an ensuite with both a bath and shower. Three have twin beds though they can all be set up as large doubles. They all have ensuite bathrooms, one with a bath and shower and the other two with showers. All the bathrooms have been renovated to a very high standard, and the bedrooms are all spacious and beautifully decorated with colourful accents. The private terraces are fabulous and will delight guests wanting to enjoy a little open-air privacy and peace.

Outside, Villa Heura offers blissful gardens and terraces which are beautifully maintained. There are magnificent vistas over avocado and citrus groves, all the way to Ibiza Town and the other coasts. There is a choice of terraces with luxuriously comfortable outdoor furniture as well as fabulous alfresco dining with a built-in barbecue kitchen. The grounds are extensive with a tennis court, an outstanding yurt which would be an ideal playroom for youngsters and a yoga platform. There are two pools, the main one being surrounded with deluxe loungers and majestic trees offering dappled shade. There is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower located close to the pool.
