Villa Florida is a lovely holiday home in the beautiful town of San Jose, just a short drive from all that Ibiza Town has to offer. The home boasts a delightful and exotic garden.
The 15,000m2 of gorgeous land is occupied by an attractive fountain in the garden, table tennis on the lawn and a tennis court. The garden is also home to plenty of distinct and tropical plants and a glistening large outdoor pool. The pool comes complete with white sun loungers and umbrellas where guests can admire the wonderful views over the glorious green hills.
A day bed placed in the garden with bright flowers at either side is the perfect place to kick back and bask in the pleasant climate from. Villa Florida benefits from having various outdoor seating areas furnished with cosy chairs and tables for socializing on as well as a dining table for eating al fresco.
Inside, the home is spacious and tastefully designed using modern artworks, quality furnishings and distinct statement pieces. A cosy stone fireplace in the living area makes for relaxing nights in amongst friends and family. The home is enhanced by charming wooden ceilings that are striking yet create a homely ambience.
There are several places to sit and socialize in indoors and contemporary styling throughout the home. One of the bedrooms opens right out onto the garden – a breath-taking way to begin your day. Each of the bedrooms benefits from the privacy of having an en-suite complete with a walk-in shower and a bathtub.

About the surrounding area of Villa FloridaCala Conta beach is a short 20-minute drive away. The beach is famed for its gorgeous turquoise sea and dramatic scenery. In Ibiza’s lovely summer climate, it’ll be easy to spend the whole day here soaking up the sun rays. The vibrant and inviting waters here make snorkelling an irresistible opportunity. Imagine all of the exotic marine life waiting to be discovered!
The sunsets at Cala Conta are simply spectacular and worth staying for. This is probably why it is considered one of the island’s best beaches. It also means that this beach gets busy, so try to avoid visiting at mid-day if you’re travelling in the summertime.
You can mix adventure with tranquillity by journeying to Sa Talaia during your stay. Sa Talaia is the highest mountain on the island, making it a unique beauty that you have to see when you visit Ibiza. The mountain’s name translates to ‘watchtower’ in Catalan. Visitors to the mountain can either drive or hike to the summit. Hiking takes around an hour to get to the top and provides an intimate way to discover the island’s nature. This is a chance for you to say that you saw almost all of the island of Ibiza.
Once you reach the top, the vistas over Ibiza are awe-inspiring, which you will view through the mountain’s beautiful pine forest.

THE REGION
A true island jewel, San José exemplifies the traditional heart of Ibiza. Loved by tourists and locals alike, San José offers a wonderful insight into life in a traditional Ibizan village. Nestled in the lush foothills of Sa Talaia, the highest mountain on the island, San José boasts a wealth of charming restaurants, bars and cafés, beautiful boutiques and local crafts at the traditional market.
There is a surprisingly wide choice of restaurants and bars in this small village, from exclusive restaurants to pizza places, traditional bars and spots where you can enjoy great cocktails and even live music.
San José has several nice small shops and boutiques. Here you can find some lovely souvenirs, including pretty traditional ceramics. There are also colourful Ibizan fashion items, trendy children's toys and many other lovely things you didn't even know you needed.

Best Suited For: All AgesLas Salinas is a wonderful nature park only a 25-minute drive away. Kids will love discovering the exotic plant and wildlife that resides here and has led it to become an Item of World Heritage, declared by UNESCO.
The park sits between Ibiza and the island of Formentera and is home to a plethora of bird species and flamingoes in the late summer and autumn. Kids will also get to explore 1,786 hectares of land including beaches, forests, wetlands and dunes.
