Overview
This charming villa has been newly renovated and offers spacious and comfortable living inside and out, perfect for a family holiday. Villa Emociones is set in beautiful grounds and boasts fantastic views over the sea, the islands of Espalmador and Formentera and the South coast of Ibiza.
The interior of the villa is furnished with relaxed, comfortable furniture and is decorated with neutral colours, giving a light and airy atmosphere throughout. Large windows and doors allow plenty of natural light into the villa, giving it a fresh feel.
The exterior is where we envisage you will spend the majority of your time, basking in the glorious sunshine on one of the plentiful sun loungers which surround the private, fenced pool, or dining under the covered terrace having made good use of the barbecue. There is also a table tennis table on hand, which will provide you with plenty of fun.
Villa Emociones is ideally located close to the beaches of the South West coast including Xarcu, Porroig and Cala d’Hort. You are also just 20 minutes from the excitement and bustle of Ibiza Town, and there is a supermarket within a 10-minute walk of the property for added convenience.

THE REGION

There is a surprisingly wide choice of restaurants and bars in this small village, from exclusive restaurants to pizza places, traditional bars and spots where you can enjoy great cocktails and even live music.
San José has several nice small shops and boutiques. Here you can find some lovely souvenirs, including pretty traditional ceramics. There are also colourful Ibizan fashion items, trendy children's toys and many other lovely things you didn't even know you needed.

The photos just do not do it justice
The Villa is amazing and the photos just do not do it justice. Its such a beautiful place with an amazing view you just cant beat the surroundings. I cant say a single bad word about this Villa, but there are some tips of advice that cant be helped to be living in such remote surroundings. Shop your full shop on your first visit as you cannot easily visit the shops without a car or taxi. Make sure you have a Pin Drop of the location for any return visits via Taxi. When you get dropped by a Taxi ask them the name of how they would pick you up again for a collection. These tips will help and once you have this established the trip will be amazing.

Highly recommended
The house is fantastic and the host is very available and fast to answer. Position is good, everything is within 20 mins journey, and the area is quite and relaxing. Pictures shows exactly how the rooms, pool and view is.

Great villa for larger groups
Great villa for larger groups - we were 13 people and the villa comfortably fit everyone in spacious bedrooms. There are fantastic views over the med and a refreshing pool to cool off in. It is really not far from everywhere we wished to be on the island and so taxis are cheap - we also had no trouble with taxis finding the villa which was great as I've heard that can be a problem in Ibiza. Regis is a great host and answered all our questions quickly and efficiently. I would certainly recommend this villa and would make return trips every summer if I could.

The villa is perfectly located
What can I say that has not already been said about this stunning villa? From the moment we arrived our breath was taken away. The villa is perfectly located for excellent views to the Formentera and when clear enough on to Mallorca. The house is spacious and well presented and happily accommodated our group with room to spare. The gardens are large and well kept with plenty of different areas to sit or dine. The bedrooms and bathrooms were of good size and there were no issues with shower pressures even when many of us were getting ready at the same time. The decor throughout is clean and the furnishings comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment making it easy to cook for a large group. The pool is large and refreshing and there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sun. There are plenty of sun loungers for everyone to enjoy and areas of full sun and shade. We had one of the bedrooms on the top of the villa with a shared terrace, again overlooking the stunning view. The bed was large and comfy and all rooms benefited from air conditioning. Obviously there has to be a trade off for such seclusion and great views, so it is probably best if you hire a car available as taxis can be difficult at peak times. That being said the villa was about 20 minutes from St Josep and 30 minutes to Playa d'en Bossa and the airport. We walked into Es Cubells a couple of times during our stay where there are a number of lovely restaurants and bars. There is also a small shop within walking distance but the hill back up to the villa might not be walkable for everyone. We loved our stay at the villa and many of our party are talking about going again together or with friends and family. I strongly recommend the villa and can't wait to return. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this vila to friends, family and to the world!
