Villa Coloma is an elegant and chic whitewashed villa with an undertone of traditional North African architecture, set within its immaculate grounds with glistening private pool and sublime outdoor spaces, framed by swaying palm trees.

The pretty, enclosed courtyard with its flowering plants and terracotta tiles provides a tranquil spot for al fresco meals or relaxing with a book or glass of wine. The white-washed, flat roof design again with a nod to Moroccan style, while the palm trees and fragrant bougainvillaea add to the tropical atmosphere.

This home’s interiors offer rustic charm, with a large farmhouse style kitchen providing a feel of low-key luxury; exposed timber beams and whitewashed walls offer a traditional feel, while all fittings and appliances are immaculate and top-grade. Ideal for eating in; for relaxed snacks or children’s meals, cooking will be an informal affair, yet every requirement is taken care of with effortless grace.

The “snug” come lounge space is warm and inviting, soft, muted colours and lighting; arched entrance, curved door frame with original timber door - again with a dash of Arabic flair evident in the laid-back, understated and “home-like” feel of this villa. Guests will enjoy downtime, within an environment that is so far from yet another sterile and anonymous holiday rental.

On the contrary - the stylish owner has filled it with a sense of place and bohemian charisma, with artefacts and natural materials and authentic features. The Leather seating, brightly coloured cushion covers and hanging lanterns give a “souk” like appeal!

The pool area glistens, framed with natural stone, offering alluring blue-green sparkling waters - an oasis within which to cool away, away from the bustle of town life. Imagine enjoying fresh grilled fish on the barbecue, the sun softening in the evening, relaxing by the pool following a refreshing swim!

Villa Coloma can accommodate up to ten guests with 4 main bedrooms and a spiral staircase that leads to the semi self-contained suite upstairs that sleeps 2 adults. The roof terraces offer ample lounging space, as well as romantic, private little nooks for drinks or special moments, overlooking the rolling hills.

The bedrooms offer cool, calm, air-conditioned tranquillity, with comfortable, neutral decor, offset by accents of vibrant colour; quality, crisp cotton bed linen and fluffy towels.

Throughout this home, every hallmark of quality has been observed, every up to date convenience, within the spirit of laid-back charm and rustic style, nestled in a delightful, idyll of a spot. From the sculptured, private enclosed gardens to the American style fridge, utility room, five ring hob and ample private parking - this home combine practicality with pure Ibizan romance and escapism!

Villa Coloma is located just five minutes drive from Sant Agusti and Sant Josep, at only twenty minutes from Ibiza airport. San Antoni is ten minutes drive while Ibiza Town is twenty minutes drive away. Sant Agusti is a beautiful hamlet and hilltop village with charming restaurants and views.

Hours of splashy fun are to be had while having grilled chicken on the barbecue or an evening will undoubtedly prove a hit!

The ample, private and safe grounds provide interesting little corners of discovery for children, while games of hiding and will be unparalleled.

Villa Melissa will be a hit with the teens, due to it's up to date gadgets and entertainment systems. The bedrooms are quiet and relaxed, for smaller children in need of daytime siestas.

Ibiza offers so much for youngsters, from pony trekking to snorkelling, to diving to mini golf - and children will be warmly welcomed in the restaurant where dishes for younger palettes are very accessible.

Security deposit £1,000 - To be paid directly to the owner into a UK bank account. The owner will contact you via email before your arrival to organize the payment. This amount will be refunded 7 days after your departure

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights during peak season, 2 nights rest of the year.

Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night between 1/5- 31/10 for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior to arrival within the second payment. Balearic Winter Local Tax of €0.55 per person per night between 1/11 -30/4 for over 16's is not included in rental price and will need to be paid prior to arrival within the second payment.
Insurance Guests are required to be in posession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

    I won't ever go back to staying in a hotel after the luxury of this villa! Made my holiday 10x better, not only because we wanted to stay within the oasis but also because it was so close to a cute beach and shops if we ever got bored which we rarely did haha. Best holiday yet! So easy and well maintained, just what was needed to relax.. The owner told us about one of the restaurants at the nearest beach which was another favourite spot for us good food good drinks good fun :)

    I have returned to this villa twice now as it is perfect! Great location, close to some of my favourite beaches, within easy distance of shops etc, this beautiful villa is well equipped and and really cosy with a home from home feel. The outside space is stunning and private, lots of sunny corners to chill or party, the upstairs terrace has wonderful views across the countryside and the villa has been refurbished in a very stylish way. The owner, Louise, has always been more than helpful and the villa spotless. Great for a family holiday or a group, girlie getaway or couples. Only a ten minute walk to Port Des beach with a choice of beach bars, also buses.

    The title says it all. A home from home. Everything you need and more than you might have thought of.

    My 3rd time coming back. It's a perfect spot and close to the beaches but South of the way so it's peaceful.

    Louise has been so easy to deal with, nothing's too much.

    Villa Coloma has been very thoughtfully laid out with the pool area separate from the more sheltered outside courtyard dining area which leads off of the main living area. The four bedrooms in the villa, each with their own bathroom (3 of which are en-suite) have been individually decorated by the owner, Louise, to a Moroccan theme that gives them a real charm. Comfy beds, fresh linen and plenty of towels. Only two of the rooms have air-con, but we found the ceiling fans in the others to be more than adequate during our stay in September. Instant hot water is supplied from three separate Calor gas cylinder boilers, a couple of which ran out towards the end of our 9 day stay. These were replaced within hours of notifying Louise. The main living area is a huge light and airy kitchen/dining/lounge area which offers a massive dining table and a very well equipped kitchen. A huge fridge to chill your beer and food, a dishwasher and a range gas oven and hob. Again, don't expect mains gas pressure, so your pizza will take 5 mins more to brown! Plenty of crockery, glasses and utensils of every description, although the most adventurous that we got in the culinary department was probably the aforementioned pizza and a few pasta creations. Mostly we grazed on the fabulous charcuterie, cheese and fresh fruit and veg that is available from the many supermarkets nearby. There are sofas to flop on and watch the large HD TV which has a wide selection of channels including lots of kids stuff which pleased the 1 year old in our party. There is good WiFi in and around the villa, although more patchy by the pool. The music system is set up so you can play tunes either or both inside and/or by the pool.
    The pool area itself is divine. Beautifully and thoughtfully laid out, it is maintained twice a week. The pool is just long enough to enable a few strokes. There are sheltered areas and parasols if the sun becomes too intense and very comfy sun beds. In the pool room are pool towels and a few for the beach. There is also a large washing machine and a box of assorted kids toys. I would recommend hiring a car as it is a 10 min walk to the main road and the bins that everyone has to use to dispose of recycling and waste. 5 mins more to the nearest beach. Better ones further afield. Taxi transfers to and from the airport will virtually pay for a weeks' hire car.     We had the most wonderful holiday in this fantastic villa which is in a great location, peaceful and relaxing but near enough to great beaches as well. The owners, Louise and Jason were great and very welcoming and helpful particularly when we got lost finding the house. The pool was well maintained as was the house during our stay without being intrusive. We did quite a few airport runs for various members of the family which was very easy indeed. Overall highly recommended and we would certainly return.
