This modern villa is finished to an incredibly high standard and offers contemporary and luxurious living both inside and out. Located in the countryside between San Augustin and San Antonio, with beautiful views over the surrounding landscape and the bay of San Antonio, this villa is positioned perfectly.
The interior of the villa is spacious with plenty of room for a couple of families travelling together or a large group of friends. Designed in a contemporary style, the furnishings and decor represent a real home from home feel. Each of the bedrooms are tastefully finished with warm, heart felt messages, making anyone who stays here feel at ease.
The exterior of the villa consists of a large terrace area with plenty of sun loungers for everyone to be able to relax in the sunshine and a large, impressive private pool. A dining area is adjacent to the pool, the perfect place to enjoy a family meal together having cooked on the two barbecues.
The villa is located within a maximum radius of 20 minutes by car of the beaches of the West coast. You are also only a 10 minute drive from Cala Tarida, 10 minutes from San Jose and 25 minutes from Ibiza Town.
