Located just a stone’s throw from the exquisite coastline for which the island is famed, your stay in this villa will allow you to enjoy both the views and activities of the Balearic sea while putting you less than ten minutes from the capital of the island.

Majestic, traditional furniture, from bed frames to dining tables, sit alongside modern delights including a Balinese style sunbed in the garden, and an array of outdoor dining and seating options, all perfectly positioned to enjoy the unbeatable views over the beautiful surrounding landscape and all the way to the sea!

Typical Ibizan patterns and textiles complement the modern design and architecture throughout the interior, while the garden fully retains its historical character.

In the kitchen, the rustic style, with stone-textured panelling set against a contemporary design and all the latest mod cons, including a coffee machine and a blender. The living area similarly blends a range of styles seamlessly and offers a comfortable, indoor chill-out area for when you finally decide you’ve spent too long in the sun!

Marvellous oak textures form the theme running between the bedrooms. Whether that’s the vast traditional exposed beams or the great headboards, each room is connected by design. Each also has an accompanying bathroom with shower, and the bedrooms are split evenly between the main house and the guesthouse, allowing everyone that little bit of privacy.

The fantastic location ensures perfect privacy and isolation, yet puts you so close to the action, with Ibiza town under ten minutes away! The nearby beaches are stunning, with crystal clear waters, soft sand and small bays to explore, and what’s more – you can access them just a short walk from the garden, perfect for a morning stroll to start the day.

In the surrounding landscape you will find endless opportunities for an active day out with all the family: cycle through an array of postcard-picture villages and along the rugged coast – there’s plenty of rental services so you should have no problems finding bikes!

Alternatively, enjoy a range of water-sports along the sublime coastline or even experience the fantastic scenery on a hike – be sure to take a picnic, there are endless perfect spots to sit, relax, and take in the breath-taking views across the Balearic sea!

Security deposit €3000 - Please Note : The local property manager will forward a secure link so that credit card payment for the refundable security deposit can be pre-authorised a week prior to your arrival date. The hold for the above amount will be released after the departure date.
