A stunning and exquisite villa located in Ibiza Town, Ibiza Lux Nemo offers an incredible sense of luxury that guests will be unable to resist. The exterior of this property is utterly mind-blowing, as seen by the opulent swimming pool that resides in the centre of the grounds. This unconventionally-shaped pool is also surrounded by a plethora of expertly manicured grass, allowing guests to sunbathe on the soft lawn or take a refreshing dip in the pool whenever they like. This property also presents a collection of idyllic outdoor terraces, meaning that guests can enjoy the awe-inspiring views that surround them in comfort and style.
The interior of this property is just as magnificent as the exterior, showcasing a selection of impeccable design choices. The living area contains a unique L-shaped white sofa, which is decorated with a quirky array of scatter cushions. In turn, this is a perfect place for guests to kick back and relax as they catch up on their favourite shows on the flat screen TV that sits at the back of the room. The dining area adheres to a much darker theme, sporting a black table and a collection of brown chairs. As a result, this space offers an attractive contrast to the bright white walls that are seen throughout this room. The kitchen within this property is completely amazing, presenting a comprehensive assortment of white cupboards as well as a chic breakfast bar. The ground floor is also home to three incredible bedrooms. All of these bedrooms contain a spacious double bed, making them ideal for guests who may find it difficult to climb stairs.
Travelling up to the first floor, this is where you’ll uncover another three bedrooms. These rooms also contain opulent double beds. As such, guests are guaranteed to enjoy a peaceful and tranquil night’s sleep throughout their stay on this majestic property.
This residence includes an additional annex situated externally. This area accommodates the seventh bedroom, typically designated for staff or teenagers who prefer some distance from the main group.

THE REGION
