This luxurious villa is set in the fabulous countryside of Ibiza, directly between two of the island’s best and busiest towns, but isolated enough to enjoy the peace and calm of the rural landscape!
The minimalist design creates a sense of calm and tranquillity, while modern furniture ensures your absolute comfort. The main living area consists of a large sofa area in front of the TV and fireplace, and a fabulous wooden dining table for eight. This open plan living/dining area overlooks the terrace and pool, and the broad set of patio doors on both sides allow the light to flood through the room!
Attached to this living area is a large, fitted kitchen with an equally modern design and all the latest mod cons to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is also a breakfast table in here and a second TV, so there’ll be no arguments over what to watch in the mornings!
On this ground floor, there is also one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are a further three bedrooms, one of which opens directly on to a large terrace with an extra sofa area, which can also be accessed by a second door leading from the staircase. Each of the bedrooms is bright, spacious and equipped with plenty of storage, lighting and home comforts. All three bathrooms are large and modern, with fabulous tiled surfaces and a myriad of beautiful finishing touches.
With a pine forest to the rear and huge pool and terrace area to relax in, this is the perfect home for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and take time out in a calm environment, without moving too far out of the town. Beautiful by both day and night, the soft lighting around the pool creates a perfect ambience for an evening dip or a glass of wine on the terrace.
With a comfortable outdoor bed and a large table at which you can all enjoy an alfresco meal, you’ll find all your needs are met in Casa Montecristo! And it’s particularly ideal for families, as there is even the option to install pool fencing for extra peace of mind when travelling with children.

What you should know…
- Ibiza’s reputation for partying is well-earned, and it gets particularly busy in August!
- A few kilometres separates you and the nearest towns of Ibiza and San Rafael so you might want to hire a car to get around that little bit easier, though you’re still walking distance from some shops and restaurants!

THE REGION
The island's capital is romantic and intriguing, exciting and vibrant, brash and buzzing, cosmopolitan and classic; all rolled into one eye-catching package. By day, she's all about shopping, boating, beach-bar-hopping and historical sightseeing; then, by night, alfresco wining and dining, followed by dancing 'til dawn.
You'll find a great selection of small boutiques, high-end fashion stores, shoe shops and all kinds of novelties. It attracts a very international crowd all year round and is a great place to do some celebrity spotting in the summer. There are some great art galleries and history museums, and the pretty ancient citadel of Dalt Vila is a history lesson in itself. We guarantee you'll never be stuck for something to do.
