Hidden behind private gates on the hillside, Can Pepita offers a tranquil, secluded haven yet is just moments from all that the buzzy Ibiza Town has to offer. The lush exterior spaces make the most of the stunning views. They combine shady chill-out space with sundrenched terraces, alfresco dining and a fabulous pool surrounded by trendy, oversized daybeds to lounge and soak up the Ibiza sun. The L-shaped seating and generous wooden alfresco dining table is shaded by a cool sail and decorated with colourful cushions. There are flashes of bright colour everywhere, making you smile and appreciate the clever design. Across the bright green lawn, the upper terrace is home to a wide bank of deluxe loungers, the perfect spot for your holiday read!
 
Inside, Can Pepita is a glorious bright space with its abundance of natural light. The open plan, contemporary living is spacious, cheerful and superbly comfortable. The colourful U-shaped sofa looks out onto the garden and pool, enjoying the far-reaching panorama. Behind it, the trendy kitchen features a long breakfast bar where guests can keep the cook company with a glass of wine. The interiors of this outstanding villa combine sleek, streamlined features with plush, sumptuous soft furnishings in jewel-like colours, creating a dreamy, homely living.
 
The five immaculate bedrooms are split over the two floors. Again, vivid accessories, some quirky, break up the clean line design. The master suite boasts floor to ceiling views through large sliding doors that give access to the terrace and pool. The ensuite bathroom is gorgeous, with a bath and shower. Two of the remaining double bedrooms also boast ensuite bathrooms, while the other two share a bathroom. All of the bedrooms enjoy fabulous sea and garden views.

The world-famous Pacha nightclub is home to some of the best DJ’s that are drawn to the upmarket party scene. Cool bars and world-class, fine-dining restaurants can be found in the pretty Old Town and the glamorous Marina Botafoch. The World Heritage-listed Dalt Vila is picturesque with centuries-old mansions, steep, atmospheric cobbled streets, jasmine draped balconies and a majestic Gothic cathedral.

The fabulous Parc Natural de Ses Salines is also definitely worth the trip. The salt production carried out for hundreds of years has formed a unique, breathtaking landscape, a wetland where plenty of birds roost and nest. One of the major attractions is the hundreds of flamingoes that arrive between August and October to spend the winter on the island. You will also see little ringed plovers, black-winged stilts, herons, ospreys and Peregrin falcons.

THE REGION

The island's capital is romantic and intriguing, exciting and vibrant, brash and buzzing, cosmopolitan and classic; all rolled into one eye-catching package. By day, she's all about shopping, boating, beach-bar-hopping and historical sightseeing; then, by night, alfresco wining and dining, followed by dancing 'til dawn.

You'll find a great selection of small boutiques, high-end fashion stores, shoe shops and all kinds of novelties. It attracts a very international crowd all year round and is a great place to do some celebrity spotting in the summer. Can Pepita is ideal for a family holiday. It has a central location, close to beaches and Ibiza Town. The villa boasts a gorgeous garden with lawns, an excellent pool and lovely outdoor lounge and dining spaces.
 
Talamanca Beach to the north of Ibiza Town is a great option for family beach days. The huge Playa d’en Bossa is more popular with the party set with resident DJ’s and high octane life. Otherwise, you may want to head to Cala Llonga just a bit further north. Some of the beach clubs have special children’s areas where children play and take part in creative activities while you relax. El Chiringuito on Es Cavallet Beach and Beachouse on Playa d’en Bossa are two examples.

In San Antonio, the Aquarium Cap Blanc is a recuperation centre for sea turtles, as well as an interesting aquarium in a sea cave. Visitors can enjoy marine life by walking over the wooden bridges. You are likely to see grouper, lobsters, moray, conger, rays, yellowtail and dorados. It is situated close to the lovely beach at Cala Gracio, so you could go there too and enjoy the wonderful views of the bay of San Antonio and its sensational sunsets. While in San Antonio, you could also visit the Ocean Mania Water Park, which is a waterpark with inflatable rides. Children must be 1m tall, though to tackle the water obstacle course.

Another thrilling afternoon would be a trip to Acrobosc Adventure Park at S’Argamassa, between Santa Eulalia and Es Canar. There are three high-ropes circuits with various challenges, including ziplines, trampolines, slides, nets, ladders, climbing walls, tightropes and rope bridges. Children aged 3 years old and over can take part.

A trip to Formentera Island is a good option for families. You can take a regular ferry from Ibiza Town then hire one of the environmentally-friendly electric vehicles to explore the pretty and unspoiled countryside and beaches. Ulises Cat Boat Excursions also take visitors there on glass-bottomed boats.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €3,000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights and weekly stays only. Please enquire for other durations.
