Next to the pool is a pristine garden area that is teeming with perfectly manicured grass. There is also a luxurious outdoor terrace area that is fitted with a high-quality outdoor seating arrangement. When you enter the property, you will see the stylish lounge/dining area. Using a monochrome colour scheme, this space makes use of an abundance of unique style choices. The living room contains all-white furnishings, creating a bright and airy space for guests to relax. Following on to the dining area, this includes a sleek dark table with a collection of plump white chairs. Thus, this contrasting design helps to add a touch of character to the entire space. The most exciting element of this property is undoubtedly the sound-proof disco bar that resides on the basement level of the property. Equipped with immersive lights, a unique bar area, and high-quality sound systems, guests can party the night away in their very own private space. This disco bar also contains underwater windows that look right into the pool. Not to mention, this property even has its own spa, located on the expansive roof terrace. Thus, guests can indulge in a variety of treatments whilst taking in the awe-inspiring views.
Villa Xarcu hosts five exquisite suites, each with its own Bose Sound System and minibar included. Four of these suites include large double beds, meaning that guests can experience a rich and comforting sleep every night. These rooms also contain their very own private bathrooms. The fifth bedroom contains a pair of single beds, making it suitable for two young children.

About the surrounding area of Villa XarcuVilla Xarcu offers a range of intriguing amenities to ensure that guests are entertained at all times during their stay. Yet, a wide range of tourist hotspots is located close by. The historic town of Sant Josep is just 7km away, bringing guests directly into the heart of the action. Portal de Ses Taules is a tremendously large arched gate that guards the entrance to the old town of Ibiza. This fortification was built between 1584 and 1585 to protect the significant Puig de Vila. The intricate Roman carvings accompany this landmark, highlighting why it has been considered a World Heritage Site since 1999. Upon entry, you will discover the Armoury Courtyard, a beautiful piece of architecture that further emphasises the site’s rich history. Portal de Ses Taules is located just under 30-minutes away from the town centre of Sant Josep.
Sant Josep and its surrounding regions are well known for their vibrant markets. These markets are very common and help to draw essential traction to the native merchants of Ibiza. The Ecological Food and Craft Market is located in the town centre of Sant Josep, making it very accessible for guests staying at Villa Xarcu. This unique market host around 20 stalls, all of which present a varied array of fresh fruit and vegetables. Thus, this is a perfect way for tourists to learn more about the region’s energetic food scene. The market is also home to a few artisan craft stalls which sell a collection of paintings and sculptures. The Ecological Food and Craft Market occurs every Saturday
from 9:30 am till 1:30 pm.
If you are looking to partake in a unique sporting activity during your time in Ibiza, Sup Paradise Ibiza offers a range of unconventional tours. During one of the tours, you will ride on a stand-up paddle, allowing guests to see the beautiful water from an entirely new perspective. These excursions take place in San Antonio, which is just 15-minutes away from Sant Josep. After an in-depth safety briefing, you will be encouraged to step on the paddle and explore the amazing landscapes that surround you. Guests also receive a welcome drink when they arrive as part of the whole experience. You will be supported by a specially designed boat at all times to ensure optimal safety and comfort. THE REGION
Although set just outside the buzz of the village of San José, Es Cubells is distant enough to create a wonderful feeling of seclusion. As you drive past traditional fincas and rural farmland plus olive and orange groves, the pressure of everyday life seems to just slip away.
The exclusive, ultra-private properties peppered along the rocky cliffside are contemporary and luxurious in style yet possess an air of laid-back chic, setting the scene for the ultimate Mediterranean getaway.
Typical Spanish cuisine can be found in the two restaurants in the little village – take your pick between Bar Llumbi Restaurante – famous for mama’s pork chops and tasty tapas dishes – overlooking the sea, or tuck into hearty plates like grilled meats, whole fish baked in salt, paella or typical Ibicenco dishes including bullit de peix or guisat de peix on the sunny terrace of Bar Restaurante Es Cubells just opposite the church.

The surrounding areas of this villa also contain fun activities for the whole family to enjoy. The stunning Cala Jondal is just 0.4km, placing a picturesque landmark right outside the villa. This beach is a staggering 225m long and 15m wide, giving guests the opportunity to take their time and explore this landmark. Cala Jondal seems to attract a very affluent crowd of locals seen by the private boats that sit in the clear water. This affluence is also reflected in its wide range of amenities, such as a beach boutique, artisan restaurants, and massage treatments. There are also a few parking spaces available close to the beach for easy access.
Sant Josep has a deeply religious history, seen by the eclectic range of churches that are scattered around this region. Es Cubells Church can be found less than 10-minutes away from the centre of Sant Josep. This church is widely recognised for its striking exterior, using a central nave and a collection of buttresses that stand out from the sides. As such, this unusual structure attracts a wide collection of guests every year. For decades, this building was inhabited by recluses and farmers, but it was finally founded back in 1867. If you are travelling to Sant Josep in October, you might be lucky enough to catch the Fiesta Payesa Es Cubells celebrations.
If you are travelling with older children who are a bit more adventurous with their food, El Destino is the ideal spot to help them expand their culinary horizons. This establishment is located within the Destino Pascha Resort, which is around half an hour away from the centre of Sant Josep. El Destino collates a selection of African, Asian, and Mediterranean dishes, bringing a wealth of cultures into one spectacular place. Guests have the chance to taste a variety of exquisite dishes such as Chilean Wagyu steak as well as homemade ice cream in a plethora of artisan flavours. El Destino is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 8 am till midnight every day.
