Casa Cubells provides the perfect escape on the beautiful island of Ibiza. Nestled within a serene pine forest on a spacious 5-acre estate, this modern villa offers a private and unforgettable holiday experience.

THE REGION
Although set just outside the buzz of the village of San José, Es Cubells is distant enough to create a wonderful feeling of seclusion. As you drive past traditional fincas and rural farmland plus olive and orange groves, the pressure of everyday life seems to just slip away.
The exclusive, ultra-private properties peppered along the rocky cliffside are contemporary and luxurious in style yet possess an air of laid-back chic, setting the scene for the ultimate Mediterranean getaway.
Typical Spanish cuisine can be found in the two restaurants in the little village – take your pick between Bar Llumbi Restaurante – famous for mama’s pork chops and tasty tapas dishes – overlooking the sea, or tuck into hearty plates like grilled meats, whole fish baked in salt, paella or typical Ibicenco dishes including bullit de peix or guisat de peix on the sunny terrace of Bar Restaurante Es Cubells just opposite the church.

Ibiza is known to be an absolutely beautiful region, and there are plenty of beaches for young ones to explore and clear waters to splash in. The number of water sports available on the island also makes it perfect for kids wanting to get active on holiday; consider kayaking in the glistening water with your family and finishing the day soaking up the sun on the beach. Make lifelong memories for everyone by taking the young ones snorkelling and seeing the colourful fish right alongside you.
Back at the villa, there are a number of hanging out spots for the kids to choose from. The living area has a big sectional sofa ready for them to spread out on. They can also connect to the Wi-Fi and stream their favourite content or contact their friends back home.
The villas' bedrooms are customisable in that they can be double beds or separated into twins. This increased flexibility makes it perfect for bigger parties with children, who can have their own bed and their own space.
Casa Cubells’ multiple dining areas mean that kids can have their own dining areas each night should they (or the adults!) wish. The two outdoor dining areas mean that they can experience Al Fresco dining in the Ibizan warmth as the sun sets over the horizon. Highchairs are also available upon request.
For groups with smaller children, the gorgeous infinity pool can be gated upon request. Enquire about this upon booking to ensure young travellers stay safe and can enjoy the pool whilst supervised by adults.

Can't recommend staying here enough
The best place I have stayed in Ibiza to date. The villa itself is absolutely stunning (it exceeded all of our already very high expectations from the photos), it was immaculately cleaned and extremely spacious. There is everything there you could possibly need. The owners were both so helpful & genuinely lovely people. I really can't recommend staying here enough.

Beautiful and serene
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cubells. We were a party of three families and it fit us perfectly (the lower ground two-bedrooms and bathrooms are a nice touch for a sense of space). There are so many outside areas to choose from, whether for eating, drinking or lounging. The house is very well located for supermarkets, restaurants and beaches whilst also being very secluded and quiet. The interiors are tasteful and everything worked perfectly. The beautiful pool is the highlight - we barely left it! We absolutely loved our stay.

Superb house
Superb house, very easy to live in thanks to its many separate spaces. Ideal for three couples with children. The owner is excellent with communication and the onsite manager is very helpful. Very pleasant swimming pool area. We will come back.

Alex, the ownr, and his local team of manager and concierge are ace when it comes to Ibiza. Both Pete and Esmee were easy to get in touch with, the cleaning team was great and overall the stay couldn't have been more perfect. The views to the mountains is stunning and the property is immaculately kept, the gardens always blooming. Will most definitely be coming again. Many thanks!!!

A perfect pad!
I must say that Alex the owner has a wonderful, contemporary villa in one of the most lovely spots imaginable. Lots of space inside, and kitted out with all that you would need for a large group. The outside spaces are perfect, with great views, a terrace made for eating al fresco and social gatherings, together with a superb pool area.
The villa is in a secluded spot which makes it feel even more special, and as long as you hire a car then there are great beaches and restaurants within easy reach of Can Jordi. Our group hired a car and also arranged transfers from the villas for lunches out etc, and we had great meals at El Carmen on Cala D'Hort which is literally 5 minutes away, Ses Boques down on the beach at Es Cubells reached in 10 mins, as well as trips to Es Cavallet and Cala Jondal which are 20-25mins and also a few times to the Old Town. All easily done.
In terms of the arrangements, Alex is incredibly responsive and helpful. It is no exaggeration to say that all questions and queries got an immediate answer, and as the organiser of a large group that gave me great peace of mind and confidence that all was under control and would turn out just as planned. Check-in with Esmee was smooth, and Alex had also made great recommendations for local restaurants, transfer services, car hire, as well as recommending an excellent BBQ service that came to the villa and cooked for 10 of us.
Any drawbacks? Not at all. As long as you ensure you are covered for transport then this really is a great villa. I was looking for somewhere where we could enjoy ourselves without being on top of other villas, slightly out of the hustle and bustle yet still within easy reach of all the great places to visit in the South, and indeed also up to San An.
We were 9 guys celebrating a 50th birthday so a crowd not easily pleased, but everyone commented that the villa was perfect for us in terms of the space, layout, rooms including bathrooms, kitchen and sitting room area etc, and especially the terrace where we spent many memorable hours. Equally it would work for families or any type of large group.
I really do highly recommend Alex as a host and Casa Cubells as the perfect pad!

Beautiful house in the hills
Casa Cubells is even more beautiful in person than in pictures, which is rare to find these days. We really loved that every table, couch, outdoor lounge area was really comfortable for a big group. I would highly recommend renting a car when staying here because it is a little far from town but that is what we were looking for. Overall a great stay at a great house, I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a nice relaxing stay with a big group in Ibiza.

A relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings!
We had the most wonderful relaxing holiday in this stunning and spacious villa. The owner was super helpful and friendly and made sure we knew we were welcome. The villa was a perfect size for two families holidaying together and there was more than enough space for everyone. It was well equipped and everything worked. The pool was simply wonderful and one of the best we have used. The views of the pretty local countryside were gorgeous. Whilst everywhere was in easy reach it was essential to hire a car. We had simply the best time.

Beautiful villa
I stayed at Casa Cubells for my 40th birthday celebration with a group of 12 girlfriends. The villa was fantastic. We spent a lovely day in and around the stunning pool. It is exactly as it is represented in the picture, calm and serene. The villa itself is decorated in a clean and contemporary way. I was thrilled, as it was a girls trip, that everyone could have their own bed and that each bedroom had an ensuite. Finally, the owner Alex and his local team are great, super helpful in terms of recommendations of restaurants, beach clubs, local transportation, day trips to Formentera, etc. We had the most amazing stay and I would definitely go back to Casa Cubells.
