In turn, guests are encouraged to make use of the exquisite barbecue as they enjoy a range of outdoor dining experiences.
Inside the property, you will first be greeted with an expansive lounge/dining area. The lounge area includes a considerable grey sofa decorated with attractive scatter cushions. Not to mention, the crisp white walls and marble flooring help to add a sense of cohesion and brightness to the entire space. Next to the lounge area is the dining area. This space contains a long wooden dining table that is accompanied by a set of grey chairs. The kitchen area also follows a modern theme, using light grey cupboards that are topped with sleek granite countertops. As such, this space feels incredibly contemporary but has all the facilities to create an abundance of home-cooked meals. The lower level of this property is home to four of the main bedrooms. The first two bedrooms contain spacious double beds and provide access to luxurious en-suite bathrooms. Therefore, guests can rest in a private and accessible room every night. The third bedroom contains a pair of single beds. This makes the room suitable for both couples and small children.
Moving up to the first floor, this is where you will find the master bedroom. This room contains a large king-size bed for guests to enjoy. This space also includes a private dressing room and bathroom with a shower for that added sense of luxury.

About the surrounding area of Villa EspartVilla Espart is a truly magnificent property as it is just a short distance away from some of Ibiza’s finest tourist attractions. This villa is located in Cala Vedella, which is just 10-minutes away from the idyllic village of San Josep. Here, you will find a range of exquisite bars and restaurants such as El Destino. This impeccable establishment can be found in the Destino Pascha Resort, less than 30-minutes away from the centre of San Josep. El Destino allows guests to indulge in an assortment of worldly dishes from all across Africa, Asia, and the Mediterranean. They serve eclectic dishes such as a golden truffle burger and squid ink paella. Thus, guests can expand their culinary horizons in one amazing restaurant.
San Josep is also home to the Ecological Food and Craft Market, an artisan market that attracts an abundance of tourists and locals every week. Located in the very centre of the village, this market contains around 20 stalls, each selling a range of organic products. In turn, this is a perfect place to go if you are looking to get a true taste of Ibiza’s finest dishes. The Ecological Food and Craft Market are also home to a selection of home-grown artists, selling a wide selection of paintings and sculptures for tourists to take home as a souvenir. This market is open every Saturday from 9:30 am till 1:30 pm.
If you are looking to explore Ibiza’s most popular landmarks in style, then a classic car excursion is a real treat. These tours begin in San Antonio, which is around 15-minutes away from the centre of San Josep. Guests have the chance to rent an assortment of luxury cars, including drop-top Mustangs and various convertibles. They can even be rented in a wide variety of colours. In addition, these tours can be completed with or without a driver, creating a unique experience every time. You can even gain access to VIP parking facilities in the region’s hottest nightclubs and can even be picked up from the local airport. A full-day experience can be purchased for around €349, and the car will arrive with a full tank of petrol.

THE REGION
Cala Vadella is 25 minutes from San Antonio and 35 from Ibiza town, and just a short drive to the charming village of San José, making it one of the west coast's treasures. Luxury properties pepper the lush, rolling green hills and range from beautifully restored traditional Spanish homes to sleek modern villas.
Lining the beach is an excellent selection of restaurants and beach bars, with great views of the bay. There can be a lively night-time scene in some of the bars, and the sunsets are particularly beautiful.

La Bella Verde provides daily tours from San Antonio Port, which is around 15-minutes away from the centre of San Josep. A 7-hour day trip is very affordable, costing just €120 per person.
If you are travelling to Ibiza between April and May, you have the chance to indulge in Ibiza Sabors, an immersive and exciting gastronomy event. This festival takes place across 25 different restaurants, all of which place their best dishes on display for guests to enjoy. Events such as this one allow guests to try artisan dishes made with the freshest ingredients, a perfect experience for a family of foodies. Restaurants such as Port of Balansat and Sa Nova Placa provide menus costing €25 per person, giving guests an affordable way to experiment with a variety of different foods. The Ibiza Sabors Gastronomy Event begins at noon every day, between 26th April and 27th May.
