This fabulous villa has three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds each and share a bathroom with a shower. Two of the rooms have direct access to the garden and swimming pool through large windows, enjoying magnificent views. We recommend Villa Panthea for families with children or people who prefer to avoid stairs or with reduced mobility as it is distributed on one floor only.
The interior of this luxurious air-conditioned villa is completed with a large, fully equipped kitchen and a dining and living room framed by natural stone with direct access to a fantastic terrace.
The heated swimming pool of 8 meters long by 4 meters wide is located on the outside of the property (with a supplement) together with the garden area and a semi-covered terrace with outdoor furniture, making Villa Panthea the ideal accommodation to enjoy the climate of Gran Canaria at any time of the year.
The Salobre Golf Resort, is a secluded area for peace and quiet, but at the same time is only a 10 minute drive from Maspalomas or Meloneras, or 40 minutes from the capital, in Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short drive!

The resort really is the toast of the island, featuring the best greens in the region and promising players of all levels a challenging game in a stunning setting.
Salobre Golf Resort is just minutes from the ‘tourist centre par excellence’ - the resort towns of Maspalomas and Meloneras. We definitely recommend leaving the golf clubs at the villa for the day and heading out to see what these high-end towns have to offer in the way of places to eat and drink, shop and entertain. Maspalomas, in particular, is well-known for its vast expanses of coastal dunes, a protected site that covers over a thousand acres. You can explore much of this area on foot, taking in sights such as the beautiful lagoon and lighthouse, but we recommend taking a camel safari for a truly unique and fun way to experience this incredible landscape.
The Maspalomas Botanic Garden is an often under-rated attraction that is well worth a visit while you’re here. Situated right next to the golf course, this collection of cacti and brightly coloured flowers provide the perfect photo opportunity pit-stop before you head off for a bite to eat - and this is where you’re really about to be spoiled for choice! Both Maspalomas and Meloneras are bursting with fantastic seafront restaurants that offer a dazzling array of cuisines, along with some incredibly breathtaking views. If seafood is a particular favourite, you’re in for a treat and will find no shortage of places offering fresh, local fish dishes, including prawns, octopus, grilled calamari and seafood paella. For those who are more turf than surf, there are a number of good, family-friendly restaurants serving steaks and burgers, as well as pasta dishes - and in addition, there are plenty of bars where you can enjoy cocktails and pre-dinner drinks.
If looking to get some shopping in during your stay at Salobre Golf Resort, you’ll be pleased to know that there are some fantastic outdoor markets to visit in the area, both during the week and on Saturdays, with stalls selling everything from clothing and jewellery to arts, crafts and fresh produce. The aloe vera plant is native to Gran Canaria, so you’ll find a wide array of aloe vera products on sale at the markets here - so be sure to grab some locally-sourced skincare during your visit! If you’re looking for a higher-end shopping experience, we recommend heading to Boulevard Faro, where you’ll find well-known labels like La Perla, Burberry and Tommy Hilfiger. A little further along the seafront, you’ll find the popular Bellavista and El Varadero shopping centres, as well as even more cafes, bars and restaurants to enjoy.

Best Suited For: ChildrenVilla Mogan is a fantastic choice of accommodation for golfing families with kids, with a twin room, private garden, easily accessible private pool and the possibility of hiring a high chair and cot. The Salobre Golf Resort itself is incredibly family-friendly, offering plenty in the way of leisure activities, restaurants, cafes and bars. Nearby Maspalomas and Meloneras are home to great beaches and markets, cycling and walking routes, and lots of shopping centres and eateries - so guests of all ages will find plenty to enjoy.
Maspalomas is home to Palmitos Park, an interactive zoological and botanical centre that lets guests get up close and personal with exotic birds like parrots, toucans and flamingos. Children of all ages will delight in a walk around the butterfly house before heading to see reptiles such as komodo dragons, caiman and turtles. If cute and furry is more their thing, the park also houses a wide array of cuddly-looking critters, including meerkats, aardvarks and wallabies that the kids will adore! For a truly unique experience, Palmitos Park offers a ‘Dolphin Encounters’ experience where small groups can enjoy half an hour spent with these majestic creatures. Here you’ll learn about their biology and habits in a fun and interactive way and even be able to take some souvenir photographs. The dolphin experience can be booked once you have entered the park rather than in advance, and we recommend reserving your places by 10 am to guarantee you the chance to take part in this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
A very different experience - but still a must-see attraction! - is El Faro de Maspalomas - one of the oldest lighthouses in Europe. This fascinating landmark is a popular tourist destination thanks to its picturesque beach setting and rich history that lends itself perfectly to a calming and interesting family day out. With plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area, it’s the perfect ‘base camp’ for your day out, with everything you need: sand, sea, sights and refreshments all in one place.
For another once-in-a-lifetime experience, older kids will love a trip to the Moonlight Cinema, Europe’s only permanent outdoor cinema. The kids will love cosying up on comfy sofas and blankets as they watch movies under the stars, all while being served freshly prepared food and drinks!
