A tremendous and extravagant property located in Costa del Sol, Villa Melenchin is able to inspire and comfort any guest who chooses to stay there. The exterior is teeming with an abundance of amenities, such as a luxurious swimming pool. This pool is surrounded by traditional tiles and is home to an array of sun loungers. Therefore, guests can indulge in a touch of sunbathing, or they can take a dip in the coolness of the pool. This property is also home to an exquisite garden that is lined with looming trees and vivacious shrubs, creating a truly unique asset to the entire home. This space is also home to a collection of dining and seating areas, giving guests the opportunity to partake in an array of exciting outdoor dining experiences.
The interior of this property is extremely impressive, pulling upon a plethora of ornate design features to build a deeply opulent villa. The main living room is made up of a large cream-coloured sofa that is ideal for relaxing after a long day of exploring the local town. This room is also filled with an assortment of decadent furnishings and decor. Next to the living area is a unique games room, equipped with a full-sized pool table and a darts board. The kitchen within this property exudes a rustic and homely charm, using a traditionally-styled kitchen island as a centrepiece. The kitchen also hosts two considerable dining areas, each holding up to 10 guests. As such, Villa Melenchin is able to create a communal and familial atmosphere throughout the property.
Villa Melenchin is home to seven incredible bedrooms. The first bedroom is the main bedroom and contains an emperor-sized bed and access to its own unique living area. Thus, this room is perfect for those who like to be close to a range of facilities. There is also an additional five double bedrooms on-site, each presenting a grandiose theme. Plus, a majority of these bedrooms all provide access to their own en-suite bathrooms. The seventh bedroom contains a pair of single beds, making it ideal for children or for a couple who prefers to sleep apart.

About the surrounding area of Villa MelenchinVilla Melenchin is located in the affluent region of Costa del Sol, a destination that is well known for its varied range of alluring tourist attractions. Costa del Sol is also home to a range of amazing golf courses, such as Los Naranjos Golf Club, which is just under half an hour away. This awe-inspiring 18-hole golf course is considered to be one of the best courses in the entirety of Spain and has hosted a wide range of professional tournaments. Guests are encouraged to explore this course at their own pace, taking in the spectacular scenery that surrounds them. There is also a fine dining restaurant located on-site, meaning that guests can delve into a delicious meal after experiencing one of the finest courses in the industry.
If you are looking to explore a plethora of Spanish wildlife in a more humane way, Biopic Fuengirola is a real treat. This zoo focuses on creating an ethical environment for its inhabitants, stimulating tropical climates and vegetation. Here, you can observe a variety of animals from four world regions, such as Sumatran tigers, pygmy hippos, and orang-utans. There is even a separate section for crocodiles and gorillas, highlighting the true diversity of the region. These animals are not stored in cages. Instead, they are placed on raised surfaces and large ditches to keep them away from the general public. Biopic Fuengirola is just over 30-minutes away from the centre of Costa del Sol and welcomes guests every day from 10 am to 11 pm.
Costa del Sol also boasts a tremendous and far-reaching history, helping guests to broaden their horizons whilst on holiday. Alcazaba de Antequera is over 90 minutes away from the centre of the region and was first established in the early 1000s. In the 1300s, this fortress underwent an incredible expansion to provide a sanctuary for the Muslims that were expelled from the region during the Christian reconquest. Guests can purchase an audio guide and embark on a magnificent journey through Costa del Sol’s enticing history. In addition, as you reach the top of the tower, you can observe the abundance of panoramic views of the nearby town that sits below.

Best Suited For: All AgesCosta del Sol is a remarkable region for children as it contains a varied range of family-friendly tourist attractions. Cueva de Nerja is an alluring collection of caves that are based around 1 hour and 30 minutes away and give children the chance to explore a beautiful underworld. Although these caves were first uncovered in 1959, experts claim that they date all the way back to the Bronze Age. During a guided tour, guests will be able to get up close and personal with a collection of archaeological discoveries and a selection of unconventional stalagmites and stalactites. Once you have finished exploring the caves, you can explore a local museum that expresses more information about Nerja’s fascinating history.
If you are looking to discover more about Costa del Sol’s beautiful natural landscapes, El Torcal Natural Park is a must-see attraction. This park is home to a large selection of hiking trails that lead guests toward an expansive mountain range. Therefore, guests can experience a range of looming stone columns and colossal amounts of pure limestone. At the very peak of the mountain range, there is a plethora of diverse vegetation as well as four unique species of oak trees. Guests can also visit the intuitive visitor centre to learn more about the wildlife and horticulture that reside in this park, as well as information about the number of trails on offer. El Torcal Natural Park is just under 90 minutes away from Villa Melenchin and is open 24 hours a day.
Costa del Sol is a bustling hub of culture and cuisine, allowing tourists to blend in with the wonderful local customs. The Atarazanas Market in Malaga is filled with intriguing stalls showcasing a wide collection of fresh produce and goods. Guests can purchase a collection of seafood and olives, giving them the opportunity to taste authentic Spanish dishes with ease. This market is also popular with local foodies, seen by the range of tapas stalls situated at the edge of the building. The exterior of this market is its most promising asset, presenting a tremendous stained glass window at the very top of the building. Atarazanas Market can be found just under an hour away from Villa Melenchin.

| End of stay cleaning included? | Extra €500, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. Please let the villa managers know if there are any heavy bags of rubbish that you need help moving and they will assist you. |

If the gardener is required to collect these, it will incur a fee of €35/hour in doing so. Furthermore, if the property smells of smoke, this will incur a fee of €200-€900 per room, depending on how much the property needs to be cleaned. |

| Insurance | Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay. |
| Stag & Hen Do's Allowed? | Weddings, stag/hen parties and any special events are on request only and subject to prior arrangement with the owner and additional charges. Please note that any event rental may be subject to additional charges, venue hire fees and to a higher security deposit, which will be in addition to any published rental rates and fees. |
| Other Ts and Cs | Guests are given two sets of keys a front gate remotes on their arrival to the villa. If any keys or cards are lost, there is a charge of €70 for front door security, €95 for electronic remotes, and €120 for estate security remotes. |
| Other Ts and Cs | Guests are asked to be mindful of neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum during the evening and nighttime. Loud music inside the villa should not be played after 10:30 pm. Please keep background music to talking levels when outside. Failure to observe these rules could result in immediate eviction in severe cases and/or loss of your security deposit. |
| Other Ts and Cs | Under no circumstances can glasses, bottles or crockery be taken into the pool. Plastic glasses, plastic bottles and drinks cans must only be used. If a member of staff sees any glass items or bottles either in or around the pool, then the pool will be drained and checked for broken glass, and this will incur a fee of €1,200. |

Amazing!
This is a fantastic place to stay for a large group or a couple of families. There were 14 of us and for that number the villa represented good value. It’s in a beautiful location with lovely views out to the Mediterranean in a very quiet spot. It is not overlooked.
The house is very spacious with all the facilities you need. The bedrooms are well appointed with good showers. The pool is lovely set below the villa with a large sun area around it.
Being on a private gated estate security is good.
The only issue we had was that there was some rubbish left by the last guests but we sorted that with Henrietta promptly.
You must try the Paella night with your own chef it is superb.
All in all a great place to stay for a large family or friends. -

Fantastic stay!
My family and I had a fantastic stay. The owner was very responsive and available any time of the day. The villa and its views are stunning. The salt water pool is great, kids spent hours swimming every day. The owner talked us through the local area and gave us excellent tips. She prepared welcome cake and treats when we arrived and gave us tour of the property. She also helped organize paella night at the house. Crew came twice a week to clean pool and garden area.

Amazing memories!
Villa Melechin is stunning. It look beautiful in the photos but in real life it is magical. The views are amazing and there is so much to do in the villa that we didn't want to leave! We had children ranging in age from 6 - 20 and with the pool, snooker, table football, darts and the incredible gardens to explore, there was never a bored moment. The villa is huge with loads of spaces to sit a chill and large comfy bedrooms and bathrooms.
Henrietta was a brilliant host - welcoming and helpful throughout. The villa is in a great location - it feels private and secluded but is just 10 minutes drive to Puerto Banus and the beach. We left reluctantly at the end of the week but with amazing memories!
