Tucked away in a secluded tropical garden, surrounded by lush trees and blue skies, the villa feels like a peaceful oasis, yet with beaches and local eateries just a short walk away, guests can enjoy the tranquil setting without forgoing the convenience and connection of the surrounding town of Puerto Banus.

From the moment you step inside the front door, the combination of beautiful lighting, contemporary staircases, carefully chosen colour palates and floor-to-ceiling glass windows that draw the surrounding landscapes within the villa’s walls provides every corner you turn with a new delight!

In the living room, a huge corner sofa creates an intimate feel within the bright open-plan space. Bi-folding doors give the effect of the walls disappearing, creating a seamless connection to the terrace beyond, with the soft interior colours helping to ease the barriers between the interior and exterior. Within the same room, you will find a social dining table and a beautiful high-quality kitchen. Each nook adds a unique feature and luxury feel to the room, making every moment of your holiday feel truly special.

Throughout the villa, each of the elegant four-double bedrooms has been designed to give you your own space, perfect for enjoying time alone or as a couple. Immaculate en-suite bathrooms give everyone their own privacy. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, the main suite on the ground floor and the fourth bedroom on the lower ground floor. Above the main bedroom is an office/study with steel windows overlooking the living room.

Villa Alcazar is located in the region of Nueva Andalucia, one of the finest residential areas in Marbella. With its sub-tropical greenery and mountain views, it’s a tranquil place to live and perfect for those who want to be close to nature. There are plenty of nearby hiking trails and mountain bike routes and also a delightful Turtle lake or ‘Lago de Las Tortugas’. In the summer, this lake is the perfect spot for a picnic. Children can cool off in the water and afterwards enjoy spotting the resident turtles. From here, you can also walk to Lake Istán. This manmade lake is over 8km long and offers plenty of activity, from kayaking to canoeing and even aquaskipping. If golf is your passion, you’ll be spoilt for choice here.
The surrounding region is known as “Golf Valley” due to the proximity of some of the finest courses on the Costa del Sol. Just a stone’s throw from the villa, you’ll find Real Club de Golf Las Brisas. It’s a challenging course with 18-holes set against stunning mountain views. Other golf courses worth a visit include Los Naranjos and Aloha. While Nueva Andalucia offers plenty of natural beauty and outdoor adventure, for glitz and glamour, head 5 minutes south to Puerto Banus. Spend an afternoon browsing the designer shops, then head to the harbour for a bite to eat at one of the Michelin-starred restaurants. Enjoy fresh lobster while gazing at the super yachts bopping on the water, or simply sit back with a drink and spot the rich and famous who frequent the area.
There are several good beaches either side of the marina, and you can enjoy feeling the sand between your toes and swimming in the calm waters. Away from the harbour, there’s an aquarium, multi-screen cinema and five-floor Spanish department store, while on Saturday, a colourful market is held in the bullring. Here you can pick up some local goods and handcrafted items. Puerto Banus also boasts a vibrant nightlife, and in the evening, the place teems with well-heeled partygoers who flock to the numerous cocktail bars, nightclubs, beach parties and casinos.

Villa Alcazar is a great holiday choice for any family, with plenty of space both inside and out. Children will love the large bedrooms and open-plan living space, with plenty of room to run and play. On the lower floor, there is a spacious playroom with a TV, where kids can tuck themselves away after a busy day exploring beaches and playing in the pool! Splashing in the pool is a favourite pastime for all our younger guests, as well as playing on the lawn and helping to cook alfresco in the summer kitchen.
The villa's peaceful location means they can enjoy being amongst nature, and with plenty of nearby walking trails, the whole family can get out and explore the woodland. A few minutes' drive north of the villa is Turtle Lake. It's an attractive spot, so pack a picnic and spend the day relaxing under the shady trees, swimming in the water, and spotting the resident water birds and turtles. If the kids want a little more activity, head further north to Lake Istán and let them try their hand at fishing, canoeing and even aquaskipping. But for a day at the beach, head south to nearby Puerto Banus. The long sandy beaches and calm waters make swimming perfect for children of all ages. Older children can also rent a kayak, take a ride on a banana boat, or have a go at parasailing. And if you want to experience the shoreline from a different perspective, jump on a catamaran or charter a yacht. Kids will love feeling the sea spray on their faces and spotting dolphins in the water. After all this activity, cool off with an ice cream in the harbour or snack at a chiringuito.
For more laid-back entertainment, watch the latest film at the multi-screen cinema or visit the aquarium and marvel at the sharks, stingrays, octopuses, and sunfish. While the region is great for golf-lovers, children can also have fun playing at a specially designed, pirate-themed golf course in San Pedro. It's just a 10-minutes drive from the villa, and once they've exhausted the course, they can practise their ice-skating skills at the indoor rink. Although the region is famous for its style and glamour, the area dates to Roman times. In San Pedro, be sure to explore the sixth-century Christian Basilica and Roman bathhouse, while in Puerto Banus, children can see the ruins of a Roman Villa.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €3000 charged to client's credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 11 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €450, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights from mid-April to mid-December. 4 nights during September. 3 nights during other periods.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not permitted.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €500/week or €100/night (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist Tax included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
