Villa Sirio is a beautiful recently renovated villa which has been designed to the highest quality with luxury Scandinavian features throughout the whole house. On the ground floor, you will find a large open plan area with partition walls which separate the kitchen, dining room and living area. There is a super spacious contemporary style living room with two comfy sofas, leading from here you also have the separate dining area for ten people all decorated with similar lavish tones.
There is also an extremely spacious modern well-equipped kitchen, a great area to prepare some fabulous brunches. Each one of these rooms leads out onto the large shaded terrace which acts more like an extension to this ground floor area. You also have direct access to the fantastic swimming pool and garden area with a large barbecue so you can prepare some great evening meals and enjoy the balmy summer evenings surrounded by friends, family and great food.
This whole area is surrounded by large glass patio doors which fill the whole of the ground floor with natural light giving the villa a fresh feel throughout. On this same floor, you will find an elegantly decorated Master bedroom which has a king-size bed, en-suite with bathtub, two showers, a wonderful walk-in closet and direct access to one of the terraces overlooking the stunning view of the valley. There is also a cosy seating area with two sofas, a guest toilet and an office room.
On the lower ground floor, you will find four more spacious bedrooms all beautifully decorated with kind size beds, two of which have their own en suites. All these bedrooms also have direct access to the large furnished terrace area. On this floor, you will find the well-equipped gym area and television room, which is a real hit with the teenagers and fitness gurus.
Villa Sirio is set in an ideal location boasting all the amenities within short reach, including some top-class golf courses. The bustling nightlife and boutique shops of Puerto Banus is only a short drive away.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa SirioPuerto Banus is in the Nueva Andalucía area of Marbella, six kilometres west of Marbella centre and just before the small town of San Pedro de Alcantara. Although it may first appear as a developed old Spanish fishing village with an impressive mountain backdrop, Puerto Banus was in fact designed and built as a luxury marina and shopping area in 1970 by the local property developer Jose Banus.
Known as Costa del Sols playground for the rich and famous who visit the area for the fabulous beach clubs and buzzing nightlife. The shops and restaurants reflect the expensive lifestyle with plenty of designer names all around the marina. If you enjoy people watching, you’ll quite possibly see many famous people, especially during the summer months. If sports cars and big luxury boats are more of your things, there are plenty of Ferraris and luxury yachts to admire.
Meanwhile, nearby Marbella is a little bigger and busier with a traditional and beautiful old town, world-renowned Michelin starred restaurants amazing beaches with a large array of water sports to offer and plenty of beachfront bars and restaurants.
Moving further to the east you reach Malaga which is the largest city on the Costa del Sol, historically and culturally rich and full of activities and amenities at your fingertips. As the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, the city is naturally brimming with museums and art galleries all set among a beautiful cityscape of castles, cathedrals and theatres.
The Costa del Sol itself is mostly peaceful and quiet, as although there is a large amount of tourism, mainly for the fantastic beaches and warm climate (the average water temperature year-round is 18°C!), visitors tend to stick to the highly developed and bustling south-western part, leaving the stunning mountains inland largely untouched and peaceful year-round.
The region of Andalucía is culturally diverse and has a perfectly varied landscape, where picturesque beaches, ancient cities and deserts meet the incredible Sierra Nevada mountain range, which includes both the most southerly ski resort in Europe and the highest point of continental Europe!

The location is also ideal for a wide range of family attractions around the region. Some of the closest include the Selwo Aventura safari park and Kartfun – Estepona’s go-kart track where you can race all day. For adventures on zip-wires and rope bridges in the treetops, check out Adventura Amazonia, just east of the centre of Marbella – a place where you can all enjoy a memorable.
You can also pay a visit to Marbella Buggies who offer you an unforgettable adventure with the most powerful buggies. Drive through the most beautiful and remote mountains of the Costa del Sol. Enjoy a two or three-hour professional guided tour.
Head a little further along the coast, and the attractions of Fuengirola, Benalmádena and Málaga get ever closer. Fuengirola’s Bioparc offers some exciting animal experiences – during the summer, it stays open late to allow you to see nocturnal creatures at their most active.
For theme park rides with varying levels of terror, check out Tivoli World in Benalmádena – they have plenty that is suitable for the very youngest too. Also close to the villa in San Pedro Alcantara, you have a 3km roller skating and cycling track as well as a variety of play areas.
There are many waterparks to choose from in the area, Aquamijas in Mijas, Costa water park in Fuengirola and Aqualand Torremolinos. Another popular and fun thing to do is to visit the Benalmadena cable car which offers a spectacular journey of approximately fifteen minutes, taking you to the peak of Mount Calamorro.

We will definitely be back
Villa Tucan is a beautiful and big villa. There is everything you need and also the design is amazing. The inside as well as the outside area. The rooms are big and comfortable. There are also enough bathrooms so that with 8 person you never need to wait to be able to shower. The Host has been always available as well as the Chef service (we booked additional) was amazing and I can only recommend it. The kids also had fun with the pool. The house is in Nueva Andalucia and you can reach the beach in 10 min. by car and also the nightlife is not far away. We will definitely be back in Marbella!
