The smart dining area looks out through large French windows onto the sun-drenched terrace. And the well-equipped kitchen next door offers everything you would need to create that perfect Spanish feast.

Upstairs the four bedrooms are stylishly finished in sophisticated décor. The master offers guests fitted wardrobes, a luxury en-suite and separate office. At the foot of the Sierra Bermeja mountains, Estepona remains one of the few Coastal towns on the Costa Del Sol that has managed to retain its old Andalucían charm. Conveniently situated just 25 minutes from Gibraltar Airport or 50 minutes from Malaga, it also within a stone's throw from Marbella and it's glitzy golden mile of star-studded clubs, restaurants and hotels, and the flashiest marina on the Costa del Sol.

Although very much a tourist town, Estepona’s cobbled streets of the old city, fishing port, quaint shops and traditional Spanish bars and restaurants all combine to give it fantastic character, and of course make it a delight for photographers!

A palm-lined promenade, the Paseo Marítimo, runs next to the Playa de la Rada beach – a lovely stretch of golden sand where you can enjoy activities such as Kayaking and windsurfing.  And the beautiful El Cristo beach, located to the west of the town is an excellent beach for families, sheltered within a pretty cove. All beaches in the area have excellent facilities and offer fantastic bars and restaurants to while away those sunny afternoons.

For local day trips, take a car and enjoy some spectacular inland scenery, traditional towns such as Casares, Jubrique, Genaguacil and Manilva, with its famous Roman bath of "La Hedionda" are all nearby. Further afield, Gibraltar is about 25 minutes drive away and the Bohemian beach paradise of Tarifa, around a 45 minutes drive.

Aside from the bustling beach life and watersports, there are some great activities for families in the area, from local waterparks to the Selwo Safari park, see the dolphins at Selwo Marina in Benalmádena, try your hand at wakeboarding or Waterskiing at the park in San Pedro or climb the trees at Amazonia Adventure Park in Elviria.

End of stay cleaning included? €150 of end of stay cleaning service included in the rental price. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Smoking Allowed? No smoking inside the villa
Pets welcome? Pets are not allowed
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
