Villa Marques is a stunning contemporary villa fully equipped with all the holiday essentials. With privileged views from every room and, sunlight shines through every window filling the whole villa with beautiful natural light.

The Ground floor hosts a spacious living/dining area which has direct access to the garden and relaxing pool area. There’s a separate television room which is perfect for the children a guest toilet and two elegantly decorated double bedrooms both with en suites and access to the garden.

The shaded terrace offers a large dining area perfect for al fresco dining. There’s also a bar to enjoy your pre-dinner cocktails and a separate luxurious jacuzzi area surrounded by teak decking and overlooking the sea.

The first floor is equally as spacious and is home to four more bedrooms, the master room which has a super spacious luxury en suite bathroom as well as a large dressing room and living area with TV, views from this room are the most stunning in the house looking out over to the mesmerizing Mediterranean sea.

There are three more luxurious double bedrooms on this floor. For some relaxing time away from the midday heat the lower ground floor is home to a well-equipped gym area with television a sauna room with bathroom and shower and a super cozy cinema room with has a blue ray DVD player and satellite Television.

Villa Marques apart from being a stunning property is also set in a privileged location walking distance from Puerto Banus, brimming with luxury brand boutiques, markets, restaurants, clubs and bars and of course a beautiful harbour.

Puerto Banus is in the Nueva Andalucía area of Marbella, six kilometres west of Marbella centre and just before the small town of San Pedro de Alcantara. Although it may first appear as a developed old Spanish fishing village with an impressive mountain backdrop, Puerto Banus was in fact designed and built as a luxury marina and shopping area in 1970 by the local property developer Jose Banus.

Known as Costa del Sol playground for the rich and famous who visit the area for the fabulous beach clubs and buzzing nightlife.
The shops and restaurants reflect the expensive lifestyle with plenty of designer names all around the marina. If you enjoy people watching, you’ll quite possibly see many famous people, especially during the summer months.

If sports cars and big luxury boats are more of your things, there are plenty of Ferraris and luxury yachts to admire. Meanwhile, nearby Marbella is a little bigger and busier with a traditional and beautiful old town, world-renowned Michelin starred restaurants amazing beaches with a large array of water sports to offer and plenty of beachfront bars and restaurants.

Moving further to the east you reach Malaga which is the largest city on the Costa del Sol, historically and culturally rich and full of activities and amenities at your fingertips. As the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, the city is naturally brimming with museums and art galleries all set among a beautiful cityscape of castles, cathedrals and theatres.
The Costa del Sol itself is mostly peaceful and quiet, as although there is a large amount of tourism, mainly for the fantastic beaches and warm climate (the average water temperature year-round is 18°C!), visitors tend to stick to the highly developed and bustling south-western part, leaving the stunning mountains inland largely untouched and peaceful year-round.
The region of Andalucía is culturally diverse and has a perfectly varied landscape, where picturesque beaches, ancient cities and deserts meet the incredible Sierra Nevada mountain range, which includes both the most southerly ski resort in Europe and the highest point of continental Europe!

Choose from family-friendly beaches in San Pedro de Alcántara, happening beach clubs in Puerto Banús or quieter sands on the beaches to the west of Estepona. For the more adventurous, enjoy an active day at the beach by enjoying one of the water sports that Marbella offers from Surfing, paddle boarding, windsurfing or jet skiing.

The location is also ideal for a wide range of family attractions around the region. Some of the closest include the Selwo Aventura safari park and Kartfun – Estepona’s go-kart track where you can race all day.

For adventures on zip-wires and rope bridges in the treetops, check out Adventura Amazonia, just east of the centre of Marbella – a place where you can all enjoy a memorable. You can also pay a visit to Marbella Buggies who offer you unforgettable adventures with the most powerful buggies. Drive through the most beautiful and remote mountains of the Costa del Sol. Enjoy a two or three-hour professional guided tour.

Head a little further along the coast, and the attractions of Fuengirola, Benalmádena and Málaga get ever closer. Fuengirola’s Bioparc offers some exciting animal experiences – during the summer, it stays open late to allow you to see nocturnal creatures at their most active.

For theme park rides with varying levels of terror, check out Tivoli World in Benalmádena – they have plenty that is suitable for the very youngest too. Also close to the villa in San Pedro Alcantara, you have a 3km roller skating and cycling track as well as a variety of play areas.

There are many waterparks to choose from in the area, Aquamijas in Mijas, Costa water park in Fuengirola and Aqualand Torremolinos. Another popular and fun thing to do is to visit the Benalmadena cable car which offers a spectacular journey of approximately fifteen minutes, taking you to the peak of Mount Calamorro.
