A modern masterpiece of architecture and design, Villa Fresca is a unique home-from-home for eight, just a short drive from the beaches, famous golf courses, parks, luxury retail, restaurants and nightlife of Puerto Banus and its surroundings!

The interiors are as bright and welcoming as the bold exterior, with delightfully open-plan living between the large, fully-equipped kitchen, stylish dining area and cosy living room, all enveloped in a wall of French doors leading straight into the garden! With air-conditioning and WiFi throughout, you can enjoy all the essentials of modern life.

There are four majestic bedrooms, each with the same sophisticated designs of the living spaces, with monochrome palettes and delicate décor. There are three double rooms and one twin, and each enjoys direct access to either the garden or a beautiful balcony.

Each bathroom has a large sink or even two and a lovely walk-in shower, while the master bedroom also has a fabulous free-standing bathtub with incredible garden and sea views! From the balcony, you can enjoy breath-taking views over the exotic fauna of the surrounding areas and can even see the sea in the distance!

The south-facing, landscaped garden is a delight – catching the sun all day long, you can enjoy every drop of vitamin D and amazing sunsets each day! A vast private pool sits centrally among the beautifully manicured lawns, surrounded by sun loungers ensuring you can catch some rays in between refreshing dips in the pool.

On the fabulous veranda, you’ll find a large barbeque where you can fire up a feast for the whole group, meaning you can spend the entire day outside! There’s a private onsite parking space for three cars, so you won’t have to worry about the cars while you’re here.  

Located in one of the most beautiful and exclusive areas of the Costa del Sol, Villa Fresca is just an 8-minute drive from the famous Puerto Banus, where you will find all the high-end dining and retail you could dream of!

The sublime natural landscape that envelopes you as you lounge by the pool or gazes out of the vast windows creates the impression that you’re utterly detached from the real world. Villa Fresca has located just a short drive from Puerto Banus, brimming with luxury brand boutiques, markets, restaurants, clubs and bars and of course a beautiful harbour.

Meanwhile, nearby Marbella is a little bigger and busier, with a traditional and beautiful old town, and holds many Michelin starred restaurants and world-renowned beaches where one can soak up the sun and enjoy a cocktail at a beachfront bar! It has a vibrant history, visible in the many ruins throughout the winding cobbled streets of its Old Town.

Malaga, the largest city on the Costa del Sol, is also nearby, and is historically and culturally incredibly rich, putting even more activities and amenities at your fingertips. As the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, the city is, of course, brimming with museums and art galleries, set among a beautiful cityscape of castles, cathedrals and theatres.

The Costa del Sol itself is mainly peaceful and quiet, as although there is a large amount of tourism, mostly for the fantastic beaches and warm climate (the average water temperature year-round is 18°C!), visitors tend to stick to the highly developed and bustling south-western part, leaving the stunning mountains inland largely untouched and peaceful year-round.

The region of Andalucía is culturally diverse and has a perfectly varied landscape, where picturesque beaches, ancient cities and deserts meet the incredible Sierra Nevada mountain range, which includes both the most southerly ski resort in Europe and the highest point of continental Europe!

The garden is bright and varied with a huge private pool in which they can splash and play to their heart’s content, with sun-loungers available for you to keep a close eye on the little ones.

While the spacious living room is perfect for the evening – settle in for a calm movie night with all the group after an active day exploring the sublime coastline!

The local area is also very well suited to families, with the Costa Water Park and the Mijas and Torremolinos waterparks all nearby, as well as plenty of water sports opportunities including kayaking, dolphin watching, kite-surfing, parasailing, snorkelling, windsurfing and loads more!

Security deposit Oliver’s Travels will process a card authorisation prior to your arrival of €3,000. Refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Extra €250, to be paid upon arrival. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price
