Safe and secure, the property’s vast outdoor space is set within a gated community. In said gardens are terraces, landscaped areas, and a saltwater swimming pool, all with views over the sea and a nearby golf course.
The villa has been built and furnished to the highest quality, with living and dining areas alongside a kitchen on the ground floor, with the inside leading out to the grounds via vast patio doors. This holiday home is ideal for those seeking an open-plan lifestyle. There are also five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a guest toilet on the ground floor. Villa Bunker is luxurious and modern, with contemporary furniture throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you’ll need on your visit to allow you to make the most of your stay.
The master bedroom has its own balcony with outdoor furniture and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and overlooks the swimming pool and sun loungers in the garden. There is also a small gym located within the property.
The gated community is located in the area of Los Monteros, just to the east of Marbella. Puerto Banus is a mere ten-minute drive away and has beaches, shopping, and nightlife for all to enjoy. The villa itself also overlooks the Santa Clara Golf course in Marbella and is also a short drive from the Urbanizacion Golf Rio Real and the Marbella Golf Country Club, making it ideal for a group of keen golfers to visit.
The villa is a nine-minute drive from Marbella, where you can stroll among the shop as well as the Old Town, which is full of Spanish charm.

About the surrounding area of Villa BunkerThe location is ideal for golf and beach lovers alike. A mere six-minute car journey away is the Playa Los Monteros as well as Urbanizacion Golf Rio Real. The villa sits on the Spanish Riviera, and so the surrounding area is filled with outstanding natural beauty. Because of this, there is a wide range of activities to suit everyone. You can hike up the La Concha Mountains. Around twenty minutes drive away and an eight-kilometre walk, this hike will show you some of the most stunning views that the Spanish Riviera has to offer.
If you fancy exploring more of southern Spain and all it has to offer, take a trip to Seville. Although 2.5 hours away, the city has a cathedral that is a recognised UNESCO World Heritage Site and is definitely worth a visit. At the top of the cathedral’s bell tower is the Giralda, which offers a 360-degree view of the entire city.
An hour away from Villa Bunker is the Alcazaba, a military fortification dating back to the 11th Century. This is perfect for children and history lovers alike.
If you want to stay closer to home, wander amongst the Old Town in Marbella, or if you fancy an adrenaline rush, take a pick of the many watersports that the region has to offer.

Best Suited For: All AgesChildren of any age are welcome to holiday in the villa, with the twin room being ideal for younger children. The Costa del Sol is incredibly child-friendly, with many beaches being perfect for families and offering various watersports.
There are also many excursions that families can go on within the region. One of these is the Aqualand Water Park which has a variety of slides, wave pools, and even a Kidzworld area where younger children can play safely. For adrenaline lovers, there is Adventura Amazonia, a short twelve-minute drive away from the villa. This treetop circuit is full of rope bridges, zip wires, tree climbing, and swing bridges! There’s a mini-course for children aged four to seven, with the main course being open to those aged seven and over.
For young animal lovers, there is the Biopark Zoo in which families can watch dolphin and sea-lion shows. Another place to visit that is a must is the Eco Reserva Ojen Park, a park consisting of beautiful scenery and many deer that children can feed!
If you choose to visit Villa Bunker in early June, you will be visiting over the week-long festivities that celebrate the patron saint of Marbella, San Bernabé. This holiday is full of food, drinking, dancing, and entertainment, including flamenco dancers. Many locals will dress in authentic flamenco fashion for the occasion.
