Casa Tesin is a chic, three-bedroom penthouse situated in the highly exclusive Finca Cortesin resort in the Costa del Sol.

The apartment is bright and spacious with a large open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The living area has a plasma screen, smart TV and electric fireplace, and sliding doors provide a breath-taking ocean view that can be enjoyed from the comfort of the couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range Siemens appliances allowing you to cook like you would expect to at home. There is also an option for a private chef to cook a sumptuous meal for you, your friends and your family.

Each bedroom is as luxurious as the last, with king-size beds with sliding doors that provide access to the terrace. The three bathrooms are equally impressive, equipped with rain showers, LED lighting and heated tile flooring.

Casa Tesin emphasises the importance of outdoor living with over three hundred square meters of terrace over two floors connected by an elegant spiral staircase. The space allows for both open and shaded areas. If you want to take a dip, the jacuzzi is on hand to slip into a peaceful, bubbly relaxation. As previously mentioned, the penthouse resides on the exclusive Finca Cortesin Resort on the road to Casares in the Costa Del Sol. The resort is home to three top restaurants (one of which is Michelin starred), a hotel and spa, beach club, racket and fitness club, and one of the most prestigious golf courses in all of Spain.

The Finca Cortesin is home to three restaurants: El Jardin De Lutz, Don Giovanni, and the Michelin starred Japanese restaurant REI. El Jardin De Lutz is the elegant resort that takes on traditional Spanish cuisine with a modern twist. Don Giovanni is the Italian option and home to Sicilian head chef Andrea Tumbarello. It is considered one of Spain’s best Italian restaurants and includes several prestigious accolades. Last but most certainly not least is the Michelin starred REI, the resorts signature restaurant. MasterChef Luis Olarra can be seen making the finest mouth-watering Japanese, Mediterranean, and fusion dishes from the open kitchen. The restaurant uses only the finest and freshest ingredients, including vegetables grown in the resort’s gardens.

Finca Cortesin’s eighteen-hole golf course is perhaps the resort’s crowning jewel. Rated as one of Spain’s most prestigious golf clubs by Golf Digest Magazine, each whole is meticulously curated and maintained to create a challenging but rewarding round of golf. The course has hosted many great tournaments and will host many more, including the Sonheim Cup in 2023. It is also home to the Miklaus Academy, where you can get training from some of the world’s top golfing pros.

Fitness and Racket Club
Golf isn’t the only sport available, with tennis and paddleball courts at the Fitness and Rackets Club. There is also a fully equipped gym that boasts six-meter-high ceilings and windows to look out to the picturesque garden and the Arani and Yoga meditation centre. All of this comes with personal trainers and specialist instructors to help you with your fitness and wellness goals and needs.

The two thousand two hundred square metre spa is the ultimate experience for relaxation and repose. The closest town is the historic hilltop village of Casares. There you can explore the Castillo de Casares, the Casa Museo Blas Infante and the spectacular viewpoint Mirador de Casares. The nearest larger town is Estepona which can be beneficial for a greater variety of shops and restaurants. If you’re looking for the major cities, Malaga is an hour, and so is Gibraltar.

Security deposit €2,000 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. Please note that this security deposit must be paid a minimum 4 weeks before arrival. Any cancellations within 4 weeks before arrival risks not receiving this security deposit.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
