Villa Sequillo is a stunning, contemporary holiday villa right on the Costabella beach, fully equipped with all the holiday essentials. Not only is the villa stunning to look at from the exterior, but the interior is a bright and open space where you'll be happy to spend your days! The villa has plenty of locations for you to kick back and relax. Whether you're inside or outside, you'll be able to enjoy a tranquil holiday if that's what you're looking for.

When you enter the villa, you have a beautiful open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area of this open plan floor has a large sofa with television that offers a great location for chilling out and enjoying the company of your guests. This room, as well as being great for relaxing, also has large glass doors/windows that open out onto the terrace where you can access the private pool. Additionally, from here, you can walk straight onto Costabella beach via a private pathway! The rest of the open plan area has a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The dining area is a sleek and formal layout in front of the kitchen. The kitchen is also sleek and very well-equipped. It has a modern and sleek design with a central island unit and all the amenities you'll need.

Also, you will find a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The bedrooms are all beautiful, neutral and minimally decorated. The rooms will offer a great location for resting your head and getting a good night's sleep! The basement level has some more bedrooms that share a bathroom. When you go up a floor, you'll find more bedrooms, including the master en-suite. The first floor also has another bathroom that the bedrooms share. All the bedrooms also have a television available with access to English as well as Spanish channels.

Then finally we can explore some of the facilities this villa offers! Along with the private swimming pool in the garden, which could be a heated pool at extra cost (please specify on booking), the villa also has a jacuzzi and a sauna! There is a special opportunity if you head up to the roof where you'll find a bar and BBQ area ready, with a stunning 360-degree view of the sea and mountains. Additionally, there are plenty of outdoor seating options provided by the terraces and the sun loungers in the rear.

What you should know…

  • The villa has an alarm system with inside and outside alarms for added security
  • If you want the private swimming pool to be heated, you will need to specify this in advance as the pool is large, and to ensure that it is hot on arrival will take some time (please make sure children are supervised at all times near the pool or the beach)
  • The property has private parking available so if you hire a car you’ll have a place to keep it – we recommend hiring a car so that if you want to explore further afield, you’ll be able to do so at ease

Puerto Banus is in the Nueva Andalucía area of Marbella, six kilometres west of Marbella centre and just before the small town of San Pedro de Alcantara. Although it may first appear as a developed old Spanish fishing village with an impressive mountain backdrop, Puerto Banus was in fact designed and built as a luxury marina and shopping area in 1970 by the local property developer Jose Banus.

Known as Costa del Sol's playground for the rich and famous who visit the area for the fabulous beach clubs and buzzing nightlife. The shops and restaurants reflect the expensive lifestyle with plenty of designer names all around the marina. If you enjoy people watching, you’ll quite possibly see many famous people, especially during the summer months. If sports cars and big luxury boats are more your thing, there are plenty of Ferraris and luxury yachts to admire.

Meanwhile, nearby Marbella is a little bigger and busier with a traditional and beautiful old town, world-renowned Michelin starred restaurants amazing beaches with a large array of water sports to offer and plenty of beachfront bars and restaurants. Moving further to the east you reach Malaga which is the largest city on the Costa del Sol, historically and culturally rich and full of activities and amenities at your fingertips. As the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, the city is naturally brimming with museums and art galleries all set among a beautiful cityscape of castles, cathedrals and theatres.

The Costa del Sol itself is mostly peaceful and quiet, as although there is a large amount of tourism, mainly for the fantastic beaches and warm climate (the average water temperature year-round is 18°C!), visitors tend to stick to the highly developed and bustling south-western part, leaving the stunning mountains inland largely untouched and peaceful year-round.

The region of Andalucía is culturally diverse and has a perfectly varied landscape, where picturesque beaches, ancient cities and deserts meet the incredible Sierra Nevada mountain range, which includes both the most southerly ski resort in Europe and the highest point of continental Europe!

Choose from family-friendly beaches in San Pedro de Alcantara, happening beach clubs in Puerto Banús or quieter sands on the beaches to the west of Estepona. For the more adventurous, enjoy an active day at the beach by enjoying one of the water sports that Marbella offers from Surfing, paddle boarding, windsurfing or jet skiing.

The location is also ideal for a wide range of family attractions around the region. Some of the closest include the Selwo Aventura safari park and Kartfun – Estepona’s go-kart track where you can race all day. For adventures on zip-wires and rope bridges in the treetops, check out Adventura Amazonia, just east of the centre of Marbella – a place where you can all enjoy a memorable You can also pay a visit to Marbella Buggies who offer you an unforgettable adventure with the most powerful buggies.

Drive through the most beautiful and remote mountains of the Costa del Sol. Enjoy a two or three-hour professional guided tour. Head a little further along the coast, and the attractions of Fuengirola, Benalmádena and Málaga get ever closer.

Fuengirola's Bioparc offers some exciting animal experiences – during the summer, it stays open late to allow you to see nocturnal creatures at their most active. For theme park rides with varying levels of terror, check out Tivoli World in Benalmádena – they have plenty that is suitable for the very youngest too. Also close to the villa in San Pedro Alcantara, you have a 3km roller skating and cycling track as well as a variety of play areas.

There are many waterparks to choose from in the area, Aquamijas in Mijas, Costa water park in Fuengirola and Aqualand Torremolinos. Another popular and fun thing to do is to visit the Benalmadena cable car which offers a spectacular journey of approximately fifteen minutes, taking you to the peak of Mount Calamorro.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €3,000 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €600, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 5 nights during Jan-Feb and Nov-mid Dec, respectively. 7 nights during other periods.
Changeover day Saturday during mid and high season.
Pets welcome? Not permitted.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.

Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €500/week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Security deposit A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure).
Other Ts and Cs Please be aware that groups of 30 year olds are not permitted in this property.
