About the surrounding area of Anantara JuniorThe Anantara Villa Padierna Palace Resort is set slightly inland between Benahavis, Estepona and Marbella. Located to the south of the La Serrania de Ronda Mountain range, the resorts' picturesque setting and traditional Andalusian style make it stand out from the other resorts in the local area.
Surrounded by beautiful Andalusian countryside yet being only 3 kilometres from the nearest beach this resort offers it all. If you are looking for a tranquil getaway with the option of being able to visit nearby attractions and amenities, this resort is perfect for you. Cancelada is a lovely little seaside town only 3 kilometres from the resort. Here you will find a collection of traditional cafes and restaurants as well as the lovely El Saladillo beach, with it being the longest stretch of beach in Estepona this area is usually quiet, it was also awarded the Blue Flag back in 2016.
Being only a short drive away from both Estepona and Marbella, you have the option to explore some key highlights of the Costa del Sol. Estepona is a delightful fishing town with plenty of experiences for you to enjoy. You could take a sailing boat out to explore the Mediterranean Sea, sampling fresh catches of the day.
