A gorgeous 3-bedroom holiday villa located in Lloret de Mar, Villa Bruc provides homely living spaces, cheerful bedrooms and a generous terrace. With sweeping views out over the surrounding neighbourhoods and mountains beyond, you can completely relax, making the most of the villa’s private swimming pool and bright interiors.
The villa’s white walls and large windows ensure every room feels bright and airy, with sunlight streaming in from dawn to dusk. The warm wood of the furnishings and cabinetry creates a sense of home throughout the living spaces, with comfy beds, cosy seating and plenty of storage for you to unpack and settle in. From the main living space on the first floor, patio doors swing open to a charming balcony, equipped with a dining table and chairs where you can sit for hours, enjoying the summer sun. With the doors open, this indoor-outdoor living space is one of our favourite spots in the property. You can enjoy long afternoon meals accompanied by a glass of chilled wine and great company! Inside, another dining table is on offer, with comfortable armchairs set in front of the television. The traditional kitchen is on the same floor, equipped with everything you need to prepare your family favourites, and with a barbecue outside, we’re sure you will come up with some culinary delights!
The villa’s three bedrooms are all simple and sophisticated, furnished with all you need for a comfortable stay. The first floor offers a single room, with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with access to the terrace on the ground floor. The three bedrooms share a spacious shower room.
From the first-floor terrace, stairs lead down to the villa’s main outdoor living area. A generous terrace stretches out in front of you, with plenty of greenery to admire around you and a large swimming pool in front where you can cool off from the afternoon heat. Bordered by sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, barbecue and plenty of space to relax, you could easily spend all day here!
A short drive or bus ride from the villa brings you to Lloret de Mar, a resort with all the amenities you could need and lots of entertaining attractions! With beautiful beaches and a myriad of charming seaside towns, we are sure you will enjoy your stay in this fantastic area of the Costa Brava.
What you should know…
- There are two comfy armchairs in the living room, but no sofa, so you will have to sit around one of the dining tables if you all want to sit together.
- There are neighbouring properties nearby, so you may be able to hear some noise from other guests.
- Wi-fi and heating are both available at the Villa, but only at a supplementary cost. Please see the T&C’s for details.

About the surrounding area of Villa BrucVilla Bruc is located in the quiet housing development of Aiguaviva Parc in Lloret de Mar. 9km from the beach and a similar distance to the centre of Lloret. You can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the area with the energetic town and beaches just a short drive away. Similar properties neighbour Villa Bruc, filled with families, groups of friends and couples all looking to explore this fantastic area. A bus runs from the development into the town, with a 10-minute walk at either end, making it as easy as possible for you to get about, and allowing you to take a day off driving if you want to enjoy a glass or two of wine with lunch!
Lloret de Mar is known for its vibrant and energetic nightlife, as well as its excellent food, beautiful beaches and welcoming culture. One of the liveliest towns on the Costa Brava, you will find everything you need, from gift shops and clothing stores to supermarkets and fresh fruit and vegetable markets. From the beachfront restaurants, you can admire the beautiful sea views whilst enjoying an array of tapas dishes, showcasing all the local delicacies. During summer there are several music and culture festivities throughout the town. You will hear Spanish guitar echoing through the streets, and animated crowds will entice you to see what’s on at the theatre, so check ahead for any celebrations during your stay and be sure to get tickets as they can sell out! By day, the beautiful beaches are always busy with holidaymakers. Frequent snorkelling and boat trips head out from the beaches to explore the Mediterranean, much to the delight of kids and adults alike.
Stretching down the coast are fantastic walking tracks that you can explore at your leisure. A quick search will give you the details of well-paved routes that wind along the coastline passing through fragrant pine forests before opening to breath-taking views of the coast, with many offering access to small beaches and coves much quieter than those right next to the town, so make sure you bring your beach towels along!

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Bruc has a family feel from the moment you arrive, with a vast terrace and large private pool providing ample room for little ones to run and play! Kid’s will adore eating out in the sun and helping to prepare a barbecue with their parents. Inside, the cool, simple interiors suit family life well. The single bedroom is great a child, and the twin bedroom will also suit siblings that want to share!
Lloret de Mar has been popular with families for a long time, with safe, sheltered beaches offering calm seawater that children can enjoy, as well as an array of family-friendly restaurants. Well versed with serving little ones, many of the restaurants have children’s menus and highchairs available. Water sports stands can be found at several of the local beaches, with everything on offer from water tubing, kayaking and banana boating, to rentals for jet skiing and boats with built-in slides for the kids. The town is also home to one of the region’s biggest water park, Water World. This thrilling park will for sure be a highlight for plenty of children, with twenty water slides, lazy rivers and an Olympic size pool, providing a full day of entertainment – or maybe two! For a real adrenaline rush, you can all try the Space Blaster – it will shoot you into the sky faster than you can believe!
For smaller children, don’t miss Gnomo Park, a fun forest adventure park with lots of games and lots of gnomes. And for the most adventurous among you, Arbre Aventura is recommended, the woodland adventure park has zip lines, swing bridges and all sort of obstacles to explore, great for all ages.
The nightlife in Lloret can get a little energy with a lot of young people visiting from Barcelona, but rest assured there are plenty of cosy, quieter spots for you and your family, or you can always return to the comfort of Villa Bruc! Teenagers and older children, however, are sure to be thrilled with the idea of dance in the bustling streets, soaking in the lively summer atmosphere!

| End of stay cleaning included? | Extra €120, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
