Casa Nomada is a unique and spectacular property in an incredibly beautiful part of the Costa Brava. The villa can accommodate up to twelve guests and blends into the rugged coastline offering uninterrupted views over the Mediterranean. With direct access to the crystal-clear waters, a private seawater pool and stunning terraces, you will feel truly spoilt whilst staying in this beautiful home.

An elegant blend of modern styles with charming features throughout, this spacious villa boasts undeniable character, inflated by the natural landscape it sits in! The ground floor plays host to a spacious open plan living space with large windows and patio doors to the terrace capturing the breath-taking sea views. White walls are contrasted by vivid green window frames, drawing your eye even more towards the spectacular views on offer. A huge corner sofa makes the most of the views and wraps around a wood fire, keeping you cosy in the cooler months. The lounge seamlessly extends to the elegant glass dining table where you and your loved ones can enjoy long evening meals with plenty of food and wine; real quality time away from the distractions of day to day life! One of the master bedrooms can be found on this floor; boasting its own private lounge and benefitting from picturesque views that you can admire with privacy. A twin bedroom, bunk bedroom and family bathroom complete the ground floor.

The villas first floor has a further two bedrooms. A master bedroom with a lounge area, en-suite, and terrace access as well as a twin bedroom. The master bedroom is incredibly spacious, carefully designed to make your stay feel magical; just imagine waking up to the sound of the sea as you gaze from bed to the blue azure of the water; is there anything more relaxing? On the lower ground floor, the final bedroom, a twin room sits alongside the kitchen and another lounge. The large kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of space to prepare big group meals. The lounge areas’ high vaulted ceilings and roaring fireplace make it a perfect retreat on cooler evenings, with patio doors opening out to the villa’s al-fresco dining area, so if you get a little chilly outdoors, you can amble inside to the heat of the fire.

From the moment you step outside the beauty of this location is evident, from the sound of the waves to the suns mesmerising reflections on the water’s surface. The villa boasts private access to the sea alongside a private seawater pool. There are a series of day beds and loungers around the pool and terrace to make the most of this spectacular space. There can be no doubt that Casa Nomada is a rare gem in this beautiful region and is sure to be an unforgettable holiday location!

Casa Nomada is settled on the coastline in the town of Calella de Palafrugell, a beautiful historic fishing town on the Costa Brava. The town has a wonderful charm to it, with its quaint tapas bars, small fishing boats and ancient streets, there is no shortage of character to be found. Frequented by Spanish tourists at the weekend the town is full of energy much of the year, although it is still wonderfully easy to find some peace and tranquillity in this part of the world. This is a truly authentic part of Spain where you can appreciate all that this incredible region has to offer.

The town has all the amenities you may need, only a five-minute walk from the supermarket as well as a number of tourist activities. There is a host of coves and beaches well worth exploring, ranging from small beaches to rugged landmarks and caves; the scenery is truly spectacular. We would recommend picking up a local walking map from the tourist office and enjoying the coastal walks between beaches and villages; this really is one of the best ways to see the region!

Aa short walk away is the town of Llafranc, this ancient town is full of history, characterized by the waft of pine as the nearby forests scent the air. Once an ancient Roman town is known for its wine and pottery, much of the remains can still be seen today. The beach at Llafranc is also a dreamy way to spend an afternoon, its crystal-clear water and fine sand making it perfect for relaxing on.

A visit to the botanical gardens and castle is highly recommended, these beautiful gardens and castle descend to the sea and offer a range of different tours and workshops throughout the year. If your planning your visit in the summer, be sure to check out the concerts hosted at the gardens. Famous artists from all over the world make the gardens their stage for a series of summer performances but are sure to book ahead as the events tend to sell out.

With plenty of cultures and beautiful scenery, you will fall in love with this amazing region, leaving you wanting to return year after year.

Casa Nomada is perhaps at its best when the laughter of children can be heard throughout this beautiful villa. With plenty of lounge areas throughout the property, there is no shortage of space for the kids to play in. The ground floor lounge area is ideal for lazing on the sofa whilst watching a little television, whilst the ground floor living room makes for a great playroom for all ages.

Outside, the villa offers plenty to keep the whole family occupied. Several outdoor terraces provide the perfect place for big family meals, enjoy flowing conversation and smiling faces as you dine through the sunset. The private pool is great for the kids to play in, its cool water offering instant refreshment during the summer months – you can even pick up a few inflatables for a bit of extra fun! The sea is also on your doorstep, with the villa extending right to the water, allowing kids to play in the sea whilst you can keep an eye on them from the comfort of the terrace or pool area.

There are lots of activities in the local area that are great for the whole family to enjoy, many of which can be explored by foot from the villa. There are several private boat tours available in the area, and there really is no better way to explore the beautiful coastline. Guides can help you find the beautiful coves and beaches that are only accessible by boat, offering you and the family complete privacy! There are also diving operators offering a wide range of activities for all skill levels; the crystal-clear waters make it an ideal place for beginners to give it a go. There is also the option of exploring the coves and shores with a snorkel, taking a peek at the rich sea life in the area.

For a day trip away from the villa, head to Water World for some thrilling adventures the kids will love. The water park is a 45-minute drive from the villa and has more than enough rides and activities to keep the family smiling for a day. There are several places to grab a bite to eat or even a picnic area for you to enjoy your own snacks. There is even a free bus shuttle from the local town, making your trip as relaxing as possible!

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €150 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time Between 4.30 - 8 pm
Departure time 10 am
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €130 to be paid with the balance. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Sheets and towels can be hired on site for an extra cost of €8 per person per week (paid locally).
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access not included in rental price, extra cost of €50 per week to be paid upon arrival.
Minimum stay 3 nights
Changeover day Saturday during peak season.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €35 per pet per week will apply (paid locally).
Smoking Allowed? Not permitted.
Tax Tourist Tax of €1 per person per day for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs Cot and high chair available at an extra cost of €35 per item per week.
