Casa Carla is a spacious villa, with stunning sea views, perfect for a relaxing retreat away. Recently renovated, this fabulous property offers beautiful, stylish interiors with large outdoor spaces, perfect for those looking to spend time in the sunshine! If you like the idea of spending long, sunny days lounging by the pool, eating sociable meals with your family and gazing out to the sea, then this fabulous property is for you!

The spacious indoor living areas are arranged over two bright floors, with plenty of space to find quiet moments to yourself whilst also offering sociable entertaining areas. On the main floor, you can enjoy a large, bright and airy living room with access out to a big terrace and breath-taking views. The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area is open-plan, perfect for cooking up some family feasts, maybe trying your hand at some Spanish classics! The hardest decision to make is often whether to dine inside or al-fresco on the terrace!  Also, on this floor are two en-suite, double bedrooms and a great four-person room with two bunk-beds, ideal for children. On the ground floor, you will find two more en-suite, double rooms.

The joy of Casa Carla has to be the outdoor spaces, with a fantastic private swimming pool, where you can soak the last of your worries away, whilst gazing out to the horizon. Surrounded by sun loungers, there is plenty of room to put your feet up and finish the pages of your favourite book. You can dine al-fresco or find a quiet space to sip a morning coffee as the sun rises in the sky. Located just 2km from the beach and 4km from the centre of Begur, and with golf courses nearby, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Begur is a hidden gem of the ever-popular Costa Brava. Begur is part of the comarca of the Baíx Empordá in Catlonia. It has become very popular with Barcelonians which, if you feel like stretching your legs is located just 1 hour North of Begur!

Begur is overflowing with Spanish charm and has a plethora of things to do from fantastic local eateries and restaurants to boutique shopping and much more. There are of course the ruins of the Castell de Begur which makes for an interesting hike. The nearest beach is that of Fonda which is approximately 3 km away.

Begur is conveniently located within a slew of local Spanish towns and villages giving families and explorers plenty of things to do. There are the stylish beaches of Sa Tuna and Sa Riera which are just a short drive away. If history is your passion then perhaps the nearby villages of Regencos and Púbol will interest you. They are both oozing with medieval architecture, especially Púbol which is home to many landmarks associated with Salvador Dalí, including the ruins of the castle that he gifted to his Russian wife, Gala.

Begur is also local to many golf courses, two of which are located within 10km of the village!

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit Credit card details are required 2 weeks prior to departure for pre-authorisation.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price. An extra change of bed linen and towels can be arranged, at a cost of €20 per person. Please contact the property manager to arrange this.
Pool towels included? Not available.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €250, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on the local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.
Minimum stay 7 nights during peak seasons. 5 nights during other periods.
Changeover day Friday during peak seasons. Felxible during other periods.
Pets welcome? Not permitted.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted. There is a charge of €250 if the property managers need to carry out any cleaning or disinfection becasue of smoke.
Pool heating charge? Not available.
Tax Catalonia Tourist Tax of €1 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid locally in cash on arrival.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
