A 3-bedroom, subtle villa located in the quaint area of Ses Costes, Villa Petunies is the perfect property to kick back and relax in. This property is laid out entirely on one level, making it accessible for all guests. Not to mention, the layout of Villa Petunies gives guests a bright and airy space that effortlessly lets in an abundance of light. When you first enter this villa, you will see the gleaming lounge/dining area. The lounge area adds a pop of colour to this property, seen by the collection of blue and orange cushions that are scattered across the multiple sofas. The traditional rug that sits in the centre of this room also adheres to this colour scheme, creating a unique and cohesive look. The dining table offers a more minimalistic style, helping to offset the array of wondrous colours in the lounge. This is the perfect place to enjoy evening meals or create conversation at breakfast. From this area, you can access the terrace area. Here you are greeted with a small outdoor dining area that is suitable for evening drinks as you watch the sun go down. The kitchen in Villa Petunies offers everything you could possibly need. Equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine, you are free to use the facilities at your own leisure.
There are a total of three bedrooms in this property, making it suitable for up to six guests. The first bedroom makes use of a spacious double bed and is covered in blush-coloured bedsheets, becoming a homely environment to rest in every night. The second bedroom also has a double bed and access to the terrace area. This helps the room become open and extensive, offering a suitable environment for peaceful sleep. The third bedroom is composed of two single beds that can be pushed together to make a full-sized double bed. This bedroom is perfect for another couple or for two children. This property also has access to 3 bathrooms, giving guests their own sense of space and privacy.
Villa Petunies also has an outdoor swimming pool and garden area, making it the ideal place to cool off after a long day. Plus, the garden area also contains a collection of sun loungers so guests can soak up every drop of the incredible Spanish sunshine.
