Villa Mariano is a modern holiday home that enjoys a quiet residential setting close to the towns of Calpe and Benissa, with a beach just minutes away. The villa offers plenty of space for relaxation, as do its extensive and picturesque grounds.

With a neutral décor complemented by furnishings made from natural materials and cold tile floors, the villa is an attractive and comfortable base for all the family. Adding extra charm and a touch of rustic style are features such as fireplaces and decorative tiles.

Villa Mariano’s spacious accommodation is set over two floors. To the ground floor is a bright open plan living/dining room with patio doors that open onto the terrace. The lounge area features two comfortable sofas and a television, with a table that seats up to eight people in the dining space. Leading on from this room is the fully-fitted kitchen that also offers access outside.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a convenient utility room with washing machine. There’s a second open plan living/dining room giving you flexible options for relaxing and enjoying meals. This more grown-up space features a large, stylish dining table and some comfortable seating. Also on this floor is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom that features both a shower and a bathtub.

On the first floor are the remaining four bedrooms. Three have two single beds each, with one also have access to a private balcony that offers beautiful views over the garden and surrounding area. The fourth bedroom features a double bed. There are also two further bathrooms to this floor, with one having a shower and the other both a shower and bathtub.

The villa is set within a very private and well-screened plot. The terrace is partially covered and has a large outdoor dining table that seats up to eight people. There are a private swimming pool and a selection of sun loungers, ensuring maximum relaxation. The gardens are idyllic, with lawned areas to enjoy strolling around as you appreciate the range of beautiful trees and plants.

The residential area that Villa Mariano is located within offers a good choice of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. This means going out to pick up groceries and other holiday essentials are quick and easy. It’s also just a 5-minute walk to Playa de la Fustera beach.

Playa de la Fustera beach offers beautifully clear waters that are also very gentle, making the sea here ideal for both snorkelling and swimming. You can also hire kayaks and paddle boards from shops nearby. When it’s time to stop for lunch, there’s a restaurant serving a good choice of fish and seafood-based dishes. Alternatively, you could make up a picnic and enjoy it as you relax on the sand.

Calpe is just 4 km away by car, with the journey taking around 15 minutes. This historical seaside town’s most famous attraction is Penyal d'Ifac, a massive limestone rock that rises out of the sea at the end of its main beach.

Due to it being home to over 300 species of animal, including many birds and seabirds, it’s a protected natural park and a beautiful place to soak up the sea views. If you’re feeling especially energetic, you can climb all the way to the top of the rock and be rewarded with even more breathtaking views.

Another fascinating town to visit is Benissa, which is just under a 20-minute drive from the villa. It’s one of Costa Blanca’s oldest cities and is full of beautiful sites to visit. The medieval old town area is made up of quaint streets that are lined with historical buildings. The main square is home to a beautiful church and fountain, which make ideal focal points as you enjoy a drink or some lunch on a café terrace.

Villa Mariano offers families the perfect base for enjoying a holiday to the Costa Blanca region. A sandy beach is just seconds away by car or around 5 minutes on foot, giving you quick and easy access to days out by the sea.

You also have your pool in the villa, so the children will love being able to jump in and have a swim. They’ll too love the garden for exploring and the novelty of dining al fresco on the terrace.

Just over 15 minutes away by car is Brevis Mini Golf in the Sol Park area of Moraira. This is a lovely place for everyone to enjoy a few hours of knocking a ball around a fun, crazy golf-style course.

There’s also a bouncy castle, trampolines, soft play area and a race track on offer. An eatery serves traditional tapas as well as a range of other foods.
