Relax and recharge at this stunning villa in Benissa along the Costa Blanca coast. The two-level villa is close to restaurants, bars and shops although with a private pool, four terraces and a sweeping view of the ocean like this villa offers, you may never want to leave.
Start the day with recently brewed coffee or a freshly squeezed orange juice, as you wander barefoot around the house, planning your day which likely goes a little something like this – breakfast, swim, sun, food, siesta, swim, food. Because what other way is there to relax and rewind in such a stunning villa.
The villa is filled with natural light, which beams in the large windows around the house. Every room has a light and airy feel about it, so you can relax inside and out and enjoy the stunning indoor-outdoor flow. The living rooms are large, offering plenty of spaces for everyone to sit and one of the lounges has a sofa bed should a guest need an extra bed.
The six bedrooms all vary in size and location in the villa, but all are bright and cheerful. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a television and en-suite, another has a double bed and another two single beds. These three are all air-conditioned. The other three offer one room with a double bed and television, one with just a double bed and one with two single beds, these all have ceiling fans to keep you cool. As for the bathrooms, thankfully there are plenty. There are three full-sized bathrooms, two each with a single washbasin, shower and toilet and one with a single washbasin, bath with shower, shower, bidet and toilet. There is also a guest bathroom.
Everything about this villa is perfect for big groups, with open plan living areas, so everyone can be part of the fun, to two decent sized kitchens, well-equipped with everything you may need such as an electric hob, gas oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and juicer. Big, family-feasts can be prepared and enjoyed in one of the two indoor dining rooms, poolside at the dining area or on one of the terraces.
The exterior of the villa is the real show stopper, as you step outside you cannot go past the stunning view of the ocean in the distance. Days can be spent by the private pool, either swimming or sunning yourself on the poolside sunbeds. There are also two roof terraces and four other terraces, one of which is covered, so you can chase the sun all day and night long. As the evening winds down, the barbeque is ready to be fired up!
This villa is located in Benissa, the oldest town along the Costa Blanca coast in Spain.
All of this is located in a hilly beach area, just 200 metres from the beach and three kilometres from the nearest town, Moraira.

- This villa is connected by outside stairs and there is also a considerable height level gap between the street and the entrance of the villa, so this lot is not suitable for wheelchairs

The Costa Blanca has the dream climate, typical for Mediterranean areas. Cool sea breezes give much-needed respite on hot summer days, and the surrounding mountains offer shelter against any cold winds coming from the North in the winter. The area averages 3,000 hours of sunshine each year, with average afternoon highs of 20 degrees year-round.
Though the villa is located in Benissa the closest town is Moraira, which is just three kilometres from the villa. Moraira is an upmarket beach town, with luxury shops, bars and Michelin restaurants. The town has grown from a small fishing village into a popular holiday resort. Though, it has retained its charm as a relaxing town with many small villages to explore and unspoilt beaches to enjoy.
The town of Benissa is also close by, which is a stunning town to explore. As the oldest town along the Costa Blanca, Benissa is a medieval town, with an incredibly rich history such as medieval architecture and plazas. You can wander the narrow streets, explore the plazas and admire the church, castle and ruins nearby. The town is largely preserved, and the Palace of Torres-Orduña which dates to the 16th century is open to the public.
Both the Valencia and Alicante airports are within 100 kilometres of the villa.

Travelling with children should be as fun for the children as it is for the adults, which is why this villa is perfect for the mini holiday-goers.
They can start their days in the private pool, swimming until their fingers and toes prune or until they are dragged out of the water. Meal times can be enjoyed poolside under the much-needed shade from the large umbrella.
The villa itself is a great place for groups with children, as there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and have their own areas of solitude. Children can relax in one of the two living rooms, both of which have televisions, and enjoy some downtime. Teenagers can revel in the space, seeking out an area to relax in peace and quiet. There are also family-friendly facilities, such as a washing machine, a bathtub and dishwashers.
Perhaps one of the greatest things about the villa is the proximity of the beach, just 200 metres and the family can be swimming, sunbathing and building sand castles in no time. Two of the nearby sandy beaches both have EEC Blue Flags, which means they are clean, safe and accessible.
Should the family fancy activities other than sun and sand, there is tennis, cycling, kayaking, fishing, diving, snorkelling, surfing, water-skiing and windsurfing, all within 1000 meters of the villa. There is also horse riding offered within 10-kilometres of the villa. Day trips can entertain the whole family, with trips to the Terra Mitica theme park or the Aqualandia and Mundomar water park, all of which are within 25 kilometres of the villa.
