Combining all the charm and character of a traditional Spanish villa, with all the comfort and sleek styles of a modern property, Villa Moraira offers an idyllic escape for six guests. Located in the charming town of Moraira, the villa is a swift 5-minute drive or 30-minute walk from the beautiful town centre and pristine Costa Blanca beaches, so you can enjoy this terrific area at your own pace.

This intimate villa may not be the most spacious, but its high ceilings and open plan layout make the bright and airy rooms feel plenty big enough. Spread across one floor, the furnishings are contemporary and stylish throughout, with exposed beams, arched windows and terracotta tiles, adding warmth and sense of character to each room. The main living area and heart of the house is open plan, with a cosy lounge at one end offering two sofas, a large fireplace and a TV where you can curl up and read your book, enjoying the chance to relax away from your busy day to day lives.

Positioned in the sunniest corner of the room by the large patio doors is a big dining table. Providing ample space for all six guests to sit and dine together, you can relish long evening meals with your loved ones! The fully equipped kitchen is located off this room, modern and stylish, it has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, although with several highly rated restaurants in the area we would suggest a least one or two meals out!

There are three good-sized bedrooms, the first with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, followed by a further double and twin bedroom that share a family shower room. Simple, cosy spaces, you can unpack and settle in, making sure you get plenty of rest so you can save your energy to explore this stunning area.

Outside, a generous driveway and terrace wrap around Villa Moraira, with vibrant trees and greenery offering privacy from the surrounding neighbourhood. A private pool sits at the centre of the terrace, bordered by sun loungers, a barbecue and the ever-desirable outdoor dining area. Villa Moraira is an understated property in a fantastic location, a real gem on the Costa Blanca.

The seaside town of Moraira has become a popular spot for visitors looking to explore the more tranquil side of the Costa Blanca coastline. Once a small fishing village, the historic charm of Moraira is evident from the stone walls of Castillo de Moraira perched on the hillside above L'Ampolla beach to the bustle of local eateries lining the streets with satisfied customers, the smells of Mediterranean cuisine and sounds of Spanish music filling up the squares. Located roughly halfway between Alicante and Valencia, Moraira offers the perfect chance to grasp a slice of the famous Costa Blanca lifestyle, be it in the midst of a long hot summer or short, mild winter; you can visit this picturesque spot all year round!

The villa itself is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a swift 5-minute drive, or 30-minute walk from the beautiful town centre and the sandy beach of L'Ampolla. With easy parking, clean toilets and lifeguards on duty, the crystal-clear water and sandy shores of Playa de L’Ampolla make it one of the more popular beaches in the area. The sandy gently slopes into the sea, so you can hop in and out with ease, heading to the nearby café when you need some refreshments! With rocks and sea life below the water, this is a great chance to try out snorkelling as well, getting your whole group involved as you explore the sea depths.

The town centre is close to the beach, boasting a pretty marina and easy-going atmosphere that is easy to fall in love with! Well equipped for visitors you will find everything you need, including supermarkets, banks, shops and a myriad of fantastic restaurants. For a special occasion, we would recommend booking Sand Restaurant, bringing a contemporary twist to the usual Mediterranean menus! Many of the other eateries are family-friendly, offering a range of cuisines to suit your whole group.

Of course, wherever you are in Spain, lively nightlife, street festivals and festivities are never too far away. In the summer months even the streets of Moraira come alive, and with Benidorm just a 30-minute drive along the coast you can enjoy the vibrant nightlife all year round. Offering water parks, theme parks and a range of attractions to please every age group, it is definitely worth a day trip!

Located in the small town of Moraira you can enjoy long days on the beach with your kids, afternoons relaxing by the pool and evening meals in one of the towns relaxed restaurants. Recently renovated, this charming villa is now equipped with all the modern facilities you need to make a family stay comfortable, keeping everyone happy! 

All on one floor, with the driveway and terrace wrapping around the villa, family life is easy to navigate in Villa Moraira. Siblings will love sharing the twin bedroom, and a cot can be provided for little ones at an extra cost. From the open plan living space, you can keep an eye on kids as they splash in the pool, play around the garden and eventually crash comfortably onto the sofas! We recommend firing up the barbecue and dining al-fresco, bringing a new adventure to family meals – you could even take inspiration from some of the fantastic Mediterranean restaurants in Moraira. The private swimming pool is sure to be a favourite among kids, offering hours and hours of fun.

The Costa Blanca is understandably very popular for family holidays, drawing visitors from across the world. An array of ‘blue-flag’ beaches line the coast, assuring parents that the water is clean and safe for children to enjoy. The sandy beach of L'Ampolla is the closest to Villa Moraira, with a gradually sloping sandy shore leading down into the crystal-clear seawater. The slope makes it easy for kids and adults alike to hop in and out of the water, and the nearby café has plenty of options for the whole family to keep you refreshed throughout the day. There is normally a lifeguard on duty at this beach.

For a bit more of an active adventure and to satisfy any adrenaline chasing children in your group; there are several theme parks and water parks located in the nearby town of Benidorm. Terra Mítica is a popular theme park suited to all ages, and the zoo theme park of Terra Natura is another popular choice! Aqua Natura Waterpark is one of our favourites, boasting 40,000m² of wave pools, water slides, children's pools and beach areas, an easy day or two of entertainment!

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit Credit card details are required 2 weeks prior to departure for pre-authorisation.
Arrival time Between 4 - 7 pm
Departure time 10 am
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Beach towels are an extra €5 per towel, paid locally. Please request these during the booking process.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €168, (paid to OT with the balance). However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights.
Changeover day Saturday during high season.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet per week will apply (paid locally).
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Not available.
Tax Tourist Tax included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
