Get all your friends and family together and escape to the stunning Costa Blanca coast for a sojourn where your only priority is optimal relaxation. With five bedrooms, three bathrooms and two living/dining areas spread over two levels, this villa can comfortably accommodate twelve guests offering plenty of space for everyone to relax both inside and out.

The interior of the villa is bright and airy and offers homely touches such as comfy couches you can sink into and artwork that makes the place feel lived in and loved. The open plan living/dining areas mean all guests can be seated to enjoy a meal or a little downtime grouped around the television for movie night. Feasts can be prepared in one of the two kitchens, both of which are fully equipped and have all of the home comforts you need to prepare a meal such as a gas hob, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, mixer and toaster.

The bedrooms all have stunning natural light beaming into them, making them ideal spots for an afternoon siesta as well as a relaxing place to rest your head at night. There are five bedrooms at this villa; two of the bedrooms each have two single beds, one has a bunk bed, one a double and two singles and the last a double bed and bathroom en-suite.

With five bedrooms, and the ability to accommodate twelve guests, having plenty of bathrooms is a must to save arguments in the morning and to save delays in getting ready in the morning. The three bedrooms at this villa, one of which is the en-suite, all have a single washbasin, shower and toilet and one of the bathrooms also has a bath.

The outdoor area of this villa is perfect for enjoying the Spanish sun and also has plenty of space for all members of the group. Morning coffees and fresh juices can be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace and post-siesta wines and nibbles can be relished poolside on the covered terrace. While this villa is located in a residential area, there is optimal privacy thanks to the hedging and trees, which also offer shade as the day goes by.

All of this is located just two kilometres from La Fustera beach and just five kilometres from Benissa.

What you should know…

  • This villa has stairs and there is a difference in the ground level between the street and the entrance of the house, so for those in wheelchairs, it can be difficult
  • This villa is in a residential area, however, with large hedges you are given privacy
  • Should you visit during the colder months central heating is available, however, there is an additional charge
  • Guests should note that some of the bedrooms configurations are better suited to families or those travelling with children

The Costa Blanca coast is over 200 kilometres of Mediterranean coastline and it is an incredibly popular holiday spot for tourists from all over. The crystal-clear waters and beaches that stretch for miles are drawcards to this stunning spot in Spain, as is the insane weather. The area gets 3,000 hours of sun a year and the average afternoon high year-round is 20 degrees, in other words, it’s the perfect holiday destination year round.

Benissa is one of the oldest towns along the Costa Blanca and has four kilometres of coastline that links Moraira, an upmarket beach town, and Calpe, another historical town along the coast. It is a beautiful town, with winding lanes, white walls, window grids and flowers hanging from the balconies. A lot of the town’s history has been largely preserved, and as you marvel in the stunning architecture the medieval history is present.

The area is also renowned for fresh, locally caught seafood, which is a must try. If seafood isn’t fancied by the whole party, there are also plenty of international establishments in the area.  

The nearest airport, Alicante, is just over an hour’s drive from the villa and the second nearest airport, Valencia, is over 100 kilometres away.

This is a family-friendly villa, offering a safe place for children to explore both near and far.

One of the biggest drawcards for this villa has to be the private pool, where days and evenings can be spent poolside enjoying the Spanish sun. The villa is on an enclosed plot, so children can roam to their heart’s content as adults relax.

As for the inside of the villa, the layout is perfect for families with children. The upstairs master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to the second bedroom with a double bed, which is ideal for families with younger children. There is also a room with bunk beds off the living room, also great for young children.

There are plenty of amenities at this villa that makes travelling with children easier, such as a washing machine, a bathtub and a television.

Benissa is a family-friendly spot, with a town that is so rich in history tales are sure to entertain the children. The closest beach, La Fustera, is a sandy beach with blue flags for cleanliness, safety and accessibility and offers a restaurant close by and a big car park.

There are also all-age-friendly activity options in the area such as snorkelling, kayaking, horse-riding and fishing. Slightly further afield, children (and big kids at heart) can spend the day enjoying the Terra Natura wildlife park, Aqualandia water park and Terra Mitica theme park.
