Set on the hillside, overlooking the beautiful, mountainous town of Moraira and the blue of the Mediterranean sea, this is a truly special villa on the Costa Blanca.
Underfloor heating runs throughout the property, with A/C and WiFi in every room and stunning sea views from the fantastic terrace and balconies!
From the dedicated parking area, the entrance to the villa opens onto a spacious open plan living area, with all the mod cons you’d expect from a villa of this caliber: a modern, fitted kitchen, a glorious relaxation zone with a TV/DVD player, and an extra guest WC.
The modern kitchen is almost futuristic and comes supplied with everything required for cooking, dining and enjoying spicing up your daily life with the freshest Mediterranean ingredients.
On this ground level, there is one incredibly spacious double bedroom, equipped with A/C, and an amazing sun terrace enjoying exquisite sea views and a luxury ensuite bathroom.
On the next level, there are a further three double bedrooms, all of which enjoy access to a spectacular terrace that wraps around the first floor and enjoys the same stunning views! The first has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and the same high-standard, modern fittings as the rest of the house. The twin room and a further shower room are also on this floor, as is the final bedroom, a double, which has an ensuite. Each of these three bedrooms enjoys access to the superb balcony with magnificent sea views and a set of large sliding doors that allow the light to flood in on the long, light days. All of the bathrooms are modern, bright and furnished with high-quality, comfortable and practical items.
The beautiful and interesting garden offers a range of areas in which to drink, dine and unwind, all with this view of the Spanish coastline! There is even an outdoor kitchen to allow you maximum time to enjoy the terrace.
The superb garden is complete with a vast private pool, relaxation zone of sofas and chairs and a multitude of sun loungers in which to relax and watch the world go by over the Mediterranean Sea. An extra courtyard on the other side of the house ensures you can always find shade, should you seek it. There is also an additional shower and WC on the terrace, so you don’t have to journey inside and deprive yourself of the sun for too long!
And all of this is just a short walk from bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, so you needn’t worry about getting out and about.

What you should know…
- Families should keep an eye on little ones playing on the terrace – the fence might not stop the most adventurous of them trying to explore!
- One of the beds available is a pull-out bed. While this provides great flexibility, and could be great for children, it might not suit everyone’s tastes

About the surrounding area of Villa AmistadNestled between Xàbia and Calp on the fabulous Costa Blanca of Spain, Moraira is a beautiful coastal town with traditional Spanish charm oozing through its cobbled streets and market squares.
Enjoying the inland mountains to the West and the exquisite sandy coves of the Mediterranean Sea to the East, Moraira truly provides something for every taste! From water-sports, horse riding, cycling, tennis and go-carting to golf, boat trips and a weekly market where you can find all kinds of local produce including food, gifts, linen, leather and ceramic goods and so much more!
Once a small fishing village, this peaceful town has grown steadily into a holiday-maker’s paradise, with a beautiful marina and an exotic array of bars and restaurants allowing you to try the local cuisine (it’s more than just paella!), explore historic landmarks and indulge in a sangria or two in the evening.
Infamous beaches, such as the Playa de L'ampolla with its pedalos and parasols, and Playa del Portet, ideal for children with its abundant shallow waters, are located within the town itself, and with the average winter temperature in Moraira at 18.1° C, you might find yourself sunbathing even in December!
So whether you fancy taking an evening stroll through palm-tree promenades or practising your Flamenco at a lively fiesta, expect to find all your needs met in this flourishing coastal community!
