Overview
Villa Isas is located just south of Javea on the Costa Blanca, offering a breathtaking ocean view and many relaxing outdoor spaces. This 3-bedroom property features its own 5 x 10 m private swimming pool with step access and is just a short drive from excellent beaches like Playa Arenal.
One of the highlights of this villa is its wonderfully spacious outdoor terrace. Set around the large pool, it offers excellent views of the sea and is the ideal place to sunbathe, sit or dine in the sunshine. There's an electric barbecue and a selection of sun loungers and deck chairs on the terrace, while the gardens have more secluded seating areas away from the pool. If you'd prefer to sunbathe on the beach, you can easily make your way to La Barraca, around 2km away, or drive to sandy Arenal, which is about 7km away from Villa Isas.
The villa has a homely feel inside, tastefully furnished and with plenty of space. The main living area enjoys a great view out onto the terrace and the blue ocean beyond. There’s satellite TV, a wood-burning stove, and large sofas to relax on, plus a glass-topped dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and ceramic hot plates, and the villa also has three beautiful bathrooms. Two double bedrooms and a children’s room with twin beds make this the ideal property for a small to medium-sized family.
Undoubtedly one of the prettiest towns on the coast, Jávea is a place you could easily fall in love with. There are historic buildings, excellent seafood restaurants, a marina, and plenty of opportunities for sports, either on the water or at the local golf club. Arenal beach is just one of many worth discovering along this stretch of coast – to get a feel for it, you can take the coastal train north to Denia or south towards Moraira, Calpe, Altea and beyond.

What you should know…
- There is no fencing around the swimming pool, so children must be supervised at all times and also when the hot tub is in use

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa IsasOn the scenic Mediterranean coast, the small town of Javea is a friendly place which delights visitors to the Costa Blanca with its pretty marina and beautiful beaches. The sea is of great importance in Javea, and many of its excellent restaurants make the most of their location by serving expertly prepared fish dishes featuring the best of the day’s catch. Arenal beach is a big draw for visitors – the golden sands are fringed with palm trees and make a great place to take the family. There are play areas for the children and plenty of places to eat nearby. Restaurants around the town aren’t restricted to local specialities, but it would be a shame not to take the opportunity to try the region’s rich meat and fish favourites or gorgeous sweet pastries. As well as international cuisine, you can try the local wine, such as Jalon – an excellent accompaniment to the warm Mediterranean desserts.
The town has many attractive buildings, including churches and monasteries – look out also for the ancient windmills which dot the landscape just outside the city. Javea also has an excellent array of shops to explore and great sports facilities too. As well as many watersports, you can enjoy a round of golf at the town’s club, set amidst fragrant pine and orange trees, or at several other locations nearby. In the shadow of the towering Montgo mountain, Javea is easily reached for those flying into either Valencia or Alicante, with both airports a little over 100km from the town.
