This magnificent, flaming orange villa stands out against its luscious green surroundings and welcomes you to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in a wonderfully natural environment. Stepping within the property, you have an immensely cosy lounge with two large sofas and an armchair by the open fireplace. Neighbouring this, through the traditional archway, is the dining area, where you can enjoy delicious meals prepared in your breath-taking kitchen!

Vibrant blue tiling, elegant white fittings and tons of surface space ensure cooking up everything from a light breakfast to a hearty feast in the evening will be a joy in this lovely space. You can also immediately access your alfresco dining area from here, making it a breeze to set up outside at meal times and dine with a view!

Each of the four bedrooms is tastefully decorated in a subtle style, with soothing tones and complementary furniture, and plenty of warm, natural light. There is one double room, two twin rooms and a kids’ room with two sets of bunkbeds. The master bedroom enjoys immediate access to its own exquisite private terrace, so you can soak up the sunshine in peace and privacy!

The double room and the twin room share access to a bathroom and separate shower room, meanwhile the master bedroom and the children’s room are on the first floor and enjoy a fabulous bathroom with a bathtub.

And finally, head out into this traditional Mediterranean style garden that includes several casual seating spots, sun loungers and the incredible alfresco dining area. The centrepiece, of course, is your fantastic private pool, with a little lawn alongside it for the perfect garden space. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of your quiet neighbourhood on one of these big garden sofas, overlooking this Mediterranean haven, made all the more special thanks to these stunning sea and mountain views!

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €150 to be paid prior to arrival and later refunded, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm
Departure time 11 am
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €120. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Linen and towels are included in the rental price
Energy costs included? Electricity consumption is limited to 50 KWs per week, from there, €0.25 is charged per KWs
Minimum stay 7 nights

Pets welcome? Pets are not permitted
Smoking Allowed? Smoking is not permitted
Tax Tourist tax is included in the rental price
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

Other 3 Baby cot and high chair are available upon request and included in the rental price provided that the total number of guests (including babies) does not exceed the maximum occupancy of the accommodation. Additional cots may be supplied upon request with an additional cost.
