Villa Oier is a simple, cosy, three-bedroom property, set in a quiet residential area near to Calpe. Located in a fenced plot, the villa offers plenty of privacy for a relaxed, family holiday away.
As you enter the villa, there is a bright living/dining room, the furnishings are laid back and modest, offering comfortable seating around a satellite TV and space to dine as a group. The kitchen offers the amenities you need to cook at home, with the choice to eat inside or out! There is are two double bedrooms as well as a twin bedroom, one of the rooms is located outside of the main house, perfect if some guests are looking for a bit more privacy. One of the double bedrooms boasts an en-suite bathroom, and there is a further bathroom on offer.
Outside Villa Oier is a Spanish oasis, with plants and trees surrounding the terrace, there is a relaxed ambience to the whole space. The private pool is kidney shaped, jutting out beyond the main terrace, as though you could swim beyond the walls itself. The pool is great for children and adults alike to play and cool off in the warm Spanish sun. With various spots available to sit outside, there is room for everyone to sit back, relax, read your favourite book and enjoy the sunshine. Vila Lina offers a relaxed retreat away, for a stress-free holiday.
With various places to visit nearby, why not take a trip to Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, or Benidorm Palace, using the villa as a base to explore this wonderful area.
