This intimate, beautifully finished Benissa villa boasts light touches of nautical design here and there in the form of of blue washed wood kitchen cabinets and blue tiles in the bathrooms, set against the backdrop of classic Alicante styling throughout. This spot of blissful Benissa beauty is set inside a hilly residential area with restaurants and bars close by, its high up positioning placing you in a prime viewing spot for sprawling landscape and blue sea views.
Spread over two floors, the villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it a great fit for two couples, a family of four, or a group of four friends. The villa blends seamlessly into the garden and pool area, as well as into the surrounding landscape, creating a calm sense of privacy without feeling isolated, the bustle of the lively nearby bar and restaurant scene only moments away. The gravel garden is home to a variety of trees, while the beautiful stone pool serves as a standout classic feature.
Views of the gorgeous Benissa land, coastline, valleys, mountains and huge sweeping sea can be enjoyed from the roof terrace, which also serves as an ideal spot for entertaining and hosting guests. Views from up here are unrivalled and will leave you feeling as if you are floating on top of it all.
The traditional living room area has a television set and sofa bed and leads into a country style dining area with rustic wood beams overhead with matching, beautifully finished furniture to match. The generously sized double bedrooms have been finished in sunny, pastel colours with great visuals of the outside scenery via the generously sized windows and an almost retro type feel about them.
Villa Gil has a lucky three well proportioned terraces, one of which is attached to the kitchen and leads out towards the pool area, with light pouring in through the huge arch where the terraced dining area meets the outdoors. There’s a barbecue spot once outside, plus a large garden seating area, along with two car parking spaces.
One of Costa Blanca’s greenest countryside areas, you won’t be short of rich, green covered landscapes to gawk at from the rooftop terrace, the whole affair being highlighted by deep swathes of blue sky and sea.

Villa Gil holds a wonderful location, perfect for those wanting to explore the buzzing Costa Blanca region. Playa de la Fustera is sandy and at just 500m away you could walk there. Or drive south along the coast to Cala de la Fossa. This is a broad, sandy beach on the outskirts of Calpe town. You can spend all day here with a promenade the full length of the beach, restaurants, bars and fun activities for the kids.
You’re also up close and personal to the impressive lump of limestone rock known locally as Penon de Ifach. This natural marvel is a regional landmark and protected by a surrounding nature reserve. The town of Calpe itself is lively and a key tourist destination on the Costa Blanca. Visitors flock to the wonderful beaches, seafood restaurants lining the marina and to see the many historical sites throughout the town. Calpe’s history dates back thousands of years with the Iberians, Romans and Moors all leaving fascinating relics behind them.
Benissa has a long stretch of coastline from Calpe up to Moraira. Benissa’s town centre is inland about twenty minutes from Villa Fabia, at 275 metres above sea level. The old quarter was completely renovated about forty years ago. Today, you can stroll around the ancient cobbled streets and be transported back to medieval Spain, with all its rustic charms and local traditions.
