This beautiful private villa with pool is set in a residential area on a hillside about one kilometre from the coast. Surrounded by Benissa’s pretty countryside and with views of the mountains, Villa Fabricio is cosy and welcoming.
Comfortably sleeping ten people, its interior has a Spanish farmhouse feel with rich furnishings and terracotta tiled floor. Your accommodation is on two levels and two of the double bedrooms are en-suite. There is a third double room plus a twin room, which both share the main bathroom.
Villa Fabricio’s living accommodation is also flexible with a choice of two kitchens and lounge-dining areas. The centre of the house connects inside rooms with outside space, taking you from kitchen to delightful dining room, to inviting lounge to shaded terrace. This effortless movement around Villa Fabricio will be how you spend your time here. Dine al fresco in the cool shade of your covered terrace, then retire to the lounge to relax. Remember to take in the beautiful mountain views as you move outside. Then wander down to your private pool and attractive garden.
Your outside terrace offers privacy, sun loungers, shaded dining areas, pool-side barbecue and a gravelled garden. Location
About the surrounding area of Villa FabricioCosta Blanca’s temperate climate keeps the countryside around Benissa and Villa Fabricio amazingly green and lush. The combination of the cooling sea breeze and seemingly endless sunshine throughout the summer helps oranges, almonds, cherries, lemons, grapes and olives grow in abundance. Add in the freshly caught seafood, and your diet here will be truly Mediterranean, with most of it locally sourced.
For fish restaurants serving local catches and coastal delicacies, head to the marinas in Moraira town or Calpe. You can watch the nautical comings and goings and sample local dishes such as octopus stew or fried tuna. And of course, Paella is available at most places, being so close to it’s birthplace, Valencia.
The town of Benissa is a ten-kilometre drive inland and upward, with its centre reaching 275 metres above sea level. The quaint old quarter was completely renovated about forty years ago. Walk around it today and soak up the rustic charm, traditional houses and typical Spanish bars and restaurants. There are often markets in the medieval town square and be sure to visit the impressive cathedral honouring the local patron saint.
For a day beside the sea, you’re only a few minutes’ drive to Playa de la Fustera, your closest beach. It’s a pretty, sheltered bay where you can enjoy swimming in the sea or even snorkelling beside the rocky cliffs. The sand is golden and gently sloping and there’s even a beach-side restaurant to keep everyone going during a hard day’s sunbathing and snoozing.
For lesser-known beaches or to explore hidden coves, drive up and down Benissa’s coastal road and stop-off at La Llobella, Baladrar, Pinets or l’Advocat.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Fabricio sleeps ten guests so it’s large enough for families to holiday together. The living spaces easily accommodate everyone being able to find their own space. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens and two lounge-diners.
Outside, children can play all day long in the private pool or have fun on your large outdoor terrace. You have a pool-side barbecue for al fresco lunches and your nearest beach is only one kilometre away. Playa de la Fustera is sandy, the sea is sheltered in the bay and there is a playground and restaurant nearby.
Older children can have a go at water sports from one of the many marinas along Benissa’s coast and there is a choice of day trips within a thirty-minute drive. Even Benidorm and its theme parks are only half an hour from Villa Fabricio.
