The views say it all! Villa Floris offers a picturesque, modern villa perched atop a hill above the charming town of Sitges. Looking out over the sea, the landscape is constantly changing, with the ripples of the waves reflected in the villa’s expansive windows, drawing the natural landscape within the villa’s walls.
Throughout the property, large windows and glass doors let the sunlight flood in, making every living space bright and airy, perfect for a summer holiday. On the ground floor, the hallway leads straight through to the terrace and swimming pool, so from the moment you arrive, you are guided out into the sunshine.
As you step up to the first floor, you will find the main sociable living areas, with a fully-equipped kitchen, that’s filled to the brim with modern appliances and a breakfast bar where your loved ones can gather around and help prepare delicious meals!
The kitchen leads through to an elegant dining room where the wall is made up of glass, making the stunning views seem like wallpaper, adding a special feature to the room. The lounge has much the same style, with comfy sofas arranged around a television, though with such beautiful views, I’m not sure you’ll be staring at the TV!
On the first floor, there is a double and twin bedroom, with a final double room and bathroom on the top floor. The top floor suite offers unbelievable views, so you can open the curtains and watch the sunrise each morning, what could be more romantic?
Outside, it almost feels as though the waves are knocking at your back door, setting the scene for a relaxed evening outdoors, sharing a bottle or two of local wine, whilst sharing stories and laughter with your loved ones. There are sun loungers and an outdoor dining area, perfect for you to sit as a group, and when the midday sun gets too hot, you can hop into the pool and cool off!
Villa Floris is the perfect spot for your Spanish holiday away; whether you are sunbathing on the beach, relaxing at the villa, or exploring the architecture of Barcelona, there is something for everyone!
What you should know…
- Due to the elevated location of the villa, we advise you to have a car to go up and down. Once down the hill there are plenty of spaces to park the car and you can walk everywhere from there!
- Barcelona is less than an hour’s drive away so why not rent a car and go see the famous architecture within the city
- Sitges can get popular at the weekends, with visitors from the city, so maybe book your favourite restaurants in advance!

About the surrounding area of Villa FlorisOften referred to as the ‘Jewel on the Mediterranean’, Sitges offers the perfect coastal retreat for a holiday in the sun! Reputed to offer 300 days of sunshine a year, it is a quaint little coastal town surrounded by the hills of the Garraf National Park.
Villa Floris sits less than a 10-minute drive from the beach and town centre of Sitges, with stunning, undisturbed views of the sea! This is the perfect location for exploring this beautiful coastal area. The area offers everything you might need for a relaxed holiday, with amenities close by such as shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and evening entertainment.
When you venture into the old town, there typically narrow Spanish streets that you can amble around explore each day. These pretty streets slowly lead you down to a picturesque, palm tree-lined promenade that runs the entire length of the open bay with its various beautiful beaches.
If you are already a wine connoisseur or are simply interested in tasting some local grapes, then you will enjoy visiting the local vineyards and bodegas of Torres, Cordoniu and Priorat. For food, you should try some traditional Catalan dishes, often featuring fresh seafood and Mediterranean vegetables, the delicacies are mouth-wateringly good! You will be lucky as Stiges itself offers a fabulous selection of restaurants, with cuisines from all around the world, ideal for pleasing every guest.
The access to this stunning town is as easy as it gets, located just 20-minutes from Barcelona’s El Prat international airport. Due to the elevated location of the villa, we advise you to have a car to go up and down. Once down the hill, there are plenty of spaces to park the car, and you can walk everywhere from there!
The famous cosmopolitan capital city of Barcelona, less than an hour away by car, is bursting with charm. Well known for its architecture and art, millions of people flock to this city to revel in its delights, and it is easy to see why! You must visit for a day, or even two, wandering around the old streets of the Gothic centre, eating at the fish restaurants in La Boqueria market, ambling around Park Guell and feasting your eyes on the stunning Gaudi architecture, visible throughout the city, in particular, the Sagrada Familia, cannot be missed!

Located up a steep hill, we would recommend a car to drive up and down, particularly with kids, but from the bottom of the hill you can walk everywhere in Stiges, exploring the beautiful town as a family.
Within the villa itself, the open-plan living areas and glass doors to the terrace, make it easy to keep an eye on children as they explore both indoors and outdoors.
Inside, this villa is large and modern enough to make all the kids feel like one of the grown-ups! The property is split over three floors, with plenty of room for both kids and adults to find their own space.
Out on the terrace, the villa offers a fabulous swimming pool, where kids can play and splash about whilst adults sit back and read a book on one of the sun loungers, or chat around the dining table, keeping a quiet eye on them. There is no safety fence around the pool, so young kids should be supervised whilst playing. With plenty of outdoor seating, al-fresco meals are a must, and why not get the kids involved in the cooking whilst using the barbecue?
Sitges itself is a fantastic family destination, with more than 300 days of sun a year! The wide, golden beaches are enough alone to keep any younger visitors happy and entertained, with several beaches scattered along the nearby coast. The sandy beaches closer to the town centre are the best suited for families, as along the promenade are fantastic facilities and children can cycle and roller skate to their heart's content!
The nearby Terramar Park is another popular spot for families, with playgrounds, trees and picnic areas for the whole family to enjoy, perfect for an afternoon away from the villa.
For a guaranteed day of fun, Tarragona is just 40km south from Stiges, boasting the huge Aqua León Water Park and Zoo, with slides and water attractions to keep you busy throughout the day! You can catch a bus directly from the Stiges tourist office, so you don’t even need a car!
