Villa Puerto Calero offers beautifully presented accommodation in this most prestigious of addresses and walking distance from all the amenities of Puerto Calero. Its gleaming white façade faces south with views across the ocean and the private swimming pool offers hours of fun for all the family. This is not only an ideal choice for guests wishing to be a short walk from an enticing range of waterside restaurants, elegant boutiques and local mini markets; it is also conveniently situated for those wishing to explore Lanzarote’s varied and fascinating attractions for examples Papagayo Beaches and Puerto Del Carmen.
The attractive interior displays a pleasing fusion of classical and contemporary styles and each of the bedrooms offer air conditioning although the sea breeze will definitely keep you cool.
Entering the property, you will be welcomed by the open plan fully equipped modern kitchen and breakfast table which leads on to the lounge/dining area with comfortable sofas, plasma TV and large glass sliding doors which open onto the impressive furnished covered patio area, garden and sun terrace. The 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor offering 3 with double bed and 1 with twin beds. There are 4 bathrooms in total with bidets and showers and all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the two bedrooms at the front have sea views.
Made pleasingly private by the walls that surround it on all sides, this enclosed outdoor area forms a perfect family retreat, with only the ocean at the front and hill tops that spread out behind the property. The property offers a salt water private heated swimming pool with roman steps, sun loungers and pool towels for extra convenience.
The villa is situated close to the charming village of Puerto Calero on the South-Eastern part of the island. The village centre, which runs along the harbour, and can be reached from the villa by foot in around 15 minutes. Here you can indulge at one of the many Canarian restaurants or just enjoy the view of the little harbour from your patio. Everyday items may be purchased at the nearby harbour (supermarket, pharmacy, clothing boutiques…). If you are looking to do sports, the nearby Sports Club in Puerto Calero should meet all your requirements.
What you should know…
- Although the property is walking distance to amenities it is recommended to hire a car to see the other parts of this beautiful island, for example the Papagayo Beaches
- Children should be supervised whilst in the garden as the wall adjacent to the swimming pool is low

THE REGION
Puerto Calero is situated on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen, positioned in a naturally protected enclave on Lanzarote's sheltered south coast, and has earned a reputation as one of the world's top sailing destinations while retaining a distinctive village-type atmosphere.
Puerto Calero is much more than a marina; there is a wide selection of cafés, bars and restaurants along the waterfront, and it's a beautiful place to sit and watch the comings and goings, with the sound of the clink of ropes on the masts, and the school of fish that swim around the marina – eager for any leftover bread from your meal.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Puerto Calero is a welcoming family retreat and has been the main hub for families, of all ages, for many years. There is limited outdoor space for kids to enjoy. The garden has a patio area where kids can enjoy games and picnics, as well as making the most of the sun. Although the exterior space is limited the children can always enjoy hours of fun in the swimming pool. The private swimming pool has a very shallow end that is the perfect addition to this villa. If the weather isn’t optimal, then you have the added feature of satellite TV and the wi-fi being available for you to use. This can offer the kids some entertainment if needed on those bad weather days.
