The villa itself holds plenty of rustic charm, offering traditional décor in comfortable surroundings. Sleeping up to 5 people in 2 double bedrooms, Villa Graciana is a fantastic space for a relaxing family holiday.  As you enter the property, you’ll find a pleasant and homely living room and well-equipped kitchen, both bursting with character.  The living room benefits from French windows that open up onto the splendid sun terrace, inviting you to enjoy all that Spanish sunshine pouring in. 

The villa encompasses two delightful bedrooms, both offering twin beds, beautiful tiled floors, fitted wardrobes and traditional wooden furniture. The master also benefits from a lovely en-suite bathroom.  There is also a separate shower room for your convenience.

The outside space on offer here is focused on a fantastic outdoor pool, perfect for all the family to cool off in on those hot afternoons. Conveniently heated in the winter months, it also offers optional heating in the summer. With plenty of sunbeds to enjoy relaxing around the pool on, a shaded dining area and BBQ, all surrounded by pleasant, well-kept gardens, you won’t want to leave this peaceful haven.

Playa Blanca is situated on the southern tip of the fantastic Island of Lanzarote, just over 30 km from the airport. The third largest resort, it is an ideal location for those looking for a relaxed atmosphere yet plenty of amenities to keep everyone happy. A popular choice for those with families, it is most famed for its 9km of beautiful coastline, offering sheltered bays and soft golden sand to while away your afternoons.
You will discover an abundance of restaurants, shops and bars along the Playa Blanca boardwalk, and the streets running parallel to it, at the edge of the old town. You’ll love to spend an evening enjoying traditional seafood overlooking the beach and out over the Atlantic across to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. And for more upmarket boutiques and restaurants you’ll find the newly developed Marina Rubicon will offer you some excellent choices.
The golden sandy bays in the area are irresistible, with calm waters ideal for swimming, and great facilities, you have a great choice. Both Dorada and Flamingo are known for their pure white sand but the beaches of Papagayo are truly outstanding. The area itself has been protected and is now a national park, offering a beautiful collection of sandy coves, separated by high cliffs. A must-see!
There are many activities in the area, from scuba diving and Island hopping boat excursions, to cultural attractions such as the Castillo de las Colorados and the Faro de Pechiguera lighthouse. And for all out fun, don’t miss a trip to one of the two waterparks nearby to really make a splash!
